Pre-game training level is affecting the game play and important stage of the game,how to adjust the pre-match state according to training schedule is very important,especially for the training of coaches and athlete special domestic colleges and universities,training before the game even more critical.This article followed the women’s 400 m freestyle swimming team Tianjin undergraduate athletes Zhu Jingwen pre-match training process,the application of the 2-4-2 load training mode has carried on the exploration,and through the analysis of the pre-match training load arrangement and characteristics between different time node,the athletes physical indicators,match the actual results for evaluating the women 400 m freestyle swimming team Tianjin university athletes,the effect of the pre-match training mode for each college coaches before the training experience.The following conclusions are drawn in this paper.1.T Tianjin undergraduate in the women 400 m freestyle swimming team in China,undergraduates have obvious advantages in competition at all levels,from 2005 to 2017 have been obtained college swimming championships women 400 m freestyle champion,Zhu Jingwen students won the 13th national games 400 meters freestyle champion,so the 400-meter freestyle Zhu Jingwen pre-match training is of great significance to the study.2.Zhu Jingwen pre-match training phase 1-2 weeks before the training start stage,at a moderate load vo2 Max,anaerobic threshold training is given priority to,main training method is given priority to with aerobic training of intermittent training method.3.Zhu Jingwen pre-competition training stage is the core training stage from week 3 to 6,which increases the training proportion of the special competition endurance with the peak lactate tolerance and lactate tolerance.The main training methods are specialized repetition training.4.Zhu Jingwen pre-match training stage 7-8 weeks for the final adjustment stage of training,aerobic training and the game speed training is given priority to,simulation game,applied psychology regulation ease pre-game nervousness.The main training methods are aerobic training,short distance speed training,detailed training and simulated competition.5.Reasonable arrangement of the pre-match training intensity and load is the key to training before the game,it can not only strengthen athlete physiological function,also can improve the athletes’ psychological quality,which fully improve the competitive level of athletes.We need in the future to a more comprehensive study of pre-match training load,training experience summary and induction,the formation of specialized theory,at the same time for the athlete physiological function under different load conditions,and physiological index to evaluate the correlation between,so as to get more objective evaluation index.
