Research objective : Childhood is one of the most important stages of human growth and development, and 5-6 years of age belongs to the early stage of childhood.Children at this stage are in the critical stage of growth and development.3-6 years old is the early stage of the development of motor skills, and 5-6 years old preschoolers belong to the later stage of this stage. Therefore,in combination with the above two points,5-6 years old preschoolers need to pay more attention to the development of motor skills,so as to connect the development of more complicated movements that follow.Proper physical exercise can improve the physical health of preschool children and have a great impact on their development.Besides, physical exercise can promote the physical development of preschool children aged 5-6 and the formation of motor skills. At present, there is no research on whether swimming training can promote the motor coordination ability of preschool children aged 5-6years.Therefore,this paper aims to improve the motor coordination ability of preschool children aged 5-6 years by carrying out swimming training,so as to provide practical experience and theoretical basis for physical education.Research method : By means of field investigation, test, experiment and mathematical statistics, this paper studies the motor coordination ability of preschool children aged 5-6 years.Research process : Through on-the-spot investigation, the school-based swimming lessons of Yongxing Kindergarten in Fushun City,Liaoning Province were observed and observed.Testing method: By testing the motor coordination ability of5-6-year-old preschool children who had long-term swimming training and did not have swimming training,it was concluded that there was a significant difference between the two groups in one-way ANOVA,which indicated that long-term swimming training could improve the motor coordination ability of 5-6-year-old preschool children.Experiments: In order to verify that swimming training can improve the motor coordination ability of preschool children aged 5-6 years,15 preschool children aged 5-6 years in Chengdu Excellence Club and 16 preschool children aged 5-6 years in Leshan Shuangyu Kindergarten were selected as the experimental group and the control group to conduct swimming courses and onshore sports courses respectively.Movement ABC-2 movements before and after the experiment were performed in the experimental group and the control group respectively.Coordination ability test. The total scores of motor coordination ability test between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment were analyzed by repeated measurement variance analysis. It was found that the difference between the pre-test and post-test results of the experimental group and the difference between the pre-test and post-test results of the control group had a very significant difference, which could effectively show the increase of motor coordination ability of the experimental group after the experiment compared with that before the experiment. The degree of action coordination in the control group was much greater than that before the experiment.Analysis conclusion:(1)The development of motor coordination ability of children without swimming training is uneven at the age of 5-6 years.(2)More pre-school children aged 5-6 with long-term swimming training have excellent motor coordination ability.(3)Long-term swimming training or short-term training can promote the development of motor coordination ability of preschool children aged 5-6.(4)Long-term swimming training can improve the hand flexibility of preschool children aged 5-6 years.(5)If there is no specific training to improve the positioning and grasping ability in swimming training, then the single freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke exercises have little impact on the positioning and grasping ability.(6)Short-term swimming training can greatly improve the balance ability of 5-6years old preschool children,long-term training of 5-6 years old pre-school children balance ability can be maintained at a high level.
