Consciously improve children ’s physical coordination ability,can promote children’ s health,but also have a certain educational effect.And children in the sports activities,to many sports activities are relatively limited.The practice of basketball exercises is for children,because basketball can be used as a props for small basketball practice,and children have strong curiosity,fun and lively characteristics to new things.The key stage of the development of body coordination ability is the early childhood stage,and the basketball ball exercises are full-body exercises,and the trainers need high coordination.The reference literature shows that the influence of promoting the theory system of basketball exercises is relatively lagging behind,and the effect of the small basketball exercises on the coordination ability of children has not been carried out.This paper uses literature,expert interview,experiment and mathematical statistics to intervene 120 children through experiments.In order to find out the corresponding indicators of two items in the children of 3-6 years old to improve their coordination ability,this coordination ability can find the corresponding training and education methods to improve the indicators.The results show that the experimental research and test results are as follows:The effect of basketball exercises on the improvement of body coordination ability of 3-6year olds is significant.Basketball exercises can promote the coordination ability of hearing,upper and lower limbs,posture balance,autonomous and passive sports of 3-4-year-old boys.The coordination of hand and eye,hearing,left and right upper limbs,upper and lower limbs,balance and operation coordination of 3-4-year-old female children were improved significantly.The basketball ball exercises improved the hand eye coordination,hearing coordination,upper and lower limb coordination,posture balance coordination,passive coordination and operational coordination of 4-5-year-old boys.The small basketball exercises also improved the hand eye coordination,hearing coordination,left and right upper limb coordination,upper and lower limbs coordination,posture balance coordination and operational coordination ability for 4-5-year-old female children.The basketball ball exercises improved the listening coordination,left and right upper limb coordination,upper and lower limb coordination,posture balance coordination,autonomy coordination and passive coordination ability of 5-6-year-old boys.The coordination of hand and eye,hearing coordination,left and right upper limb coordination,upper and lower limbs coordination,posture balance coordination and operational coordination ability of 5-6-year-old female children have been improved significantly.
