With the successful hosting of the 2008 Olympic Games,the number of international sports events in China has increased rapidly,and the sports competitions in China are developing rapidly.As the "mother of sports" track and field sports is more eye-catching,the referee work in track and field sports competition plays a role that can not be ignored.China’s track and field national referee is China’s independent training and certification of the highest level of the referee.This study to explore the experience of national referees training of track and field in China and deficiencies,to find out the optimized countermeasure,USES the literature material law,questionnaire investigation,expert interview method,mathematical statistics,logic analysis method,national referees of track and field in the current training system for in-depth understanding and analysis,find the existing problems and puts forward some countermeasures for optimizing.The results of this study show that:1.In the referee basic situation: The proportion of female national judges in track and field in China is relatively low,and the age is mainly middle-aged people aged 35-55 years old,with physical education teachers as the main force.The judges have a high degree,and their English and scientific research ability need to be further improved.The vast majority of judges have a level of secondary and above track and field athletes,a certain amount of track and field training experience,the accuracy of holding the referee penalty has a role in promoting.2.In the aspect of cultivating the ability of execution: In the theoretical training,the referees mainly study by themselves with books as the carrier,and the competent departments mainly conduct pre-competition training without systematic theoretical training.The forms of theoretical training are single and the platforms are limited.In practice training,judges mainly participate in the competition referee,although inrecent years,track and field competitions continue to increase,but the opportunity of referees to participate in the practice of the referee is relatively concentrated,and less per capita,the international competition referee experience is relatively deficient,the practice training mode needs to be rich.3.In terms of promotion: The training time and content of national referees’ promotion training in track and field of China are reasonable.The promotion examination is the closed book theory written examination,the examination way is relatively unitary;China’s track and field national judges promotion years are long,not conducive to the training of senior young judges.4.In terms of management: China’s national track and field judges adopt the annual registration system;The daily training is mainly pre-competition training and project training,lacking of long-term systematic training plan;The work assessment standards of referees have not been refined;The incentive system of rewards and punishments is not high.Although it has been strengthened in recent years,it needs to be further improved.5.The overall development of national judges of track and field in China is restricted by external factors such as economy,management system,reform of track and field competition system and training of performance ability,and also affected by internal factors such as judges’ own knowledge structure and performance motivation.On the basis of the above conclusions,combined with the experts’ Suggestions,this paper puts forward feasible optimization countermeasures for the echelon construction,the training of the referee’s ability,the promotion and the management in the current training system of national level judges in track and field.
