Research On Promoting Regional Economic Development Of Universities In Hebei Province

The Integrated development of Beijing,Tianjin municipalities and Hebei Province and the construction of the Xiongan new area have brought great opportunities to the development of Hebei’s regional economy,and the opportunities also put forward new requirements for the universities of Hebei.At present,knowledge economy has grown up gradually,and knowledge has become a important element in economic construction.Whether a region can develop or not,its number of talents,technological innovation and other factors play a vital role.Whether it is training talent or improving scientific research strength,it is inseparable from the level of higher education in the region.Hebei province should combine the national policy requirements,rely on the resources of talents and scientific research innovation,and find the problems and causes in the process of promoting regional economy,and further promote the economic development of Hebei.With the background of Beijing Tianjin Hebei coordinated development and the construction of Xiongan new area,this paper focuses on the current situation and main problems of Hebei universities in promoting regional economic development,and some countermeasures are put forward.First of all,it analyzes the current research status at home and abroad in promoting regional economic development in Colleges and universities,defines the related concepts of promoting regional economic development and regional economy,and at the same time,the theoretical basis of this research is discussed.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of promoting regional economic development in Hebei universities from different levels,and makes an empirical analysis of the role of universities in Hebei Province on the regional economy by using the number of graduates and education funds,and also the Beijing Tianjin Hebei Province.The empirical results are compared and analyzed.The third,first aspects of the third,first aspects of the development of regional economic development of colleges and universities in the province:the overall strength of the university is not strong,talent training can not meet the needs of regional economic development,scientific research output and the low level of transformation,inadequate investment in educational funds,on the other hand,it analyzes the causes of these problems in the process of promoting regional economic development,the main reasons are:the system is not reasonable,the structure of colleges and universities is not reasonable,the lack of good scientific research transformation environment,the lack of government funds support and so on.Finally,in view of the main problems and causes in the process of promoting regional economic development in the universities of Hebei Province,and learning from Singapore,Hongkong and other countries and regions,,this paper expounds the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the role of universities to promote the development of Regional Economy:the government should increase support and build a high level university,to improve the training of talents and the structure of University layout,to attach importance to the undertaking and construction of colleges and universities in Xiongan new area,to increase the cooperation between universities and government and enterprises.
