The primary and secondary school teaching materials that can improve the quality of the people and cultivate the talents needed for the construction of the motherland reflect the will of the country and serve the sustainable development of the society and economy.Strengthening primary and secondary school teaching materials,innovating education and teaching content,and solving what teachers teach and how to teach.What students learn and how to learn is the core issue of primary and secondary education,and is also the core issue of the entire education reform.In the new round of textbook reforms,history textbooks are among the objects of reform.A large number of historical pictures have been used in history textbooks.They cover a wide range of historical portraits and photographs,historical scene photographs,historical documentary photographs,historic monument photographs,and even paintings,rubbings,and cultural relics.These historical pictures can be used to supplement the description of textbooks and are an integral part of history textbooks.The new basic education reform has provided new requirements and opportunities for the compilation of the history textbooks for compulsory education of the People's Education Press.Based on previous research on the achievements of historical textbooks and picture resources,we seized the opportunity of the reform of new textbooks to study the picture resources for the compilation of 2016 history textbooks on compulsory education.First of all.through the comparison with the pictures of the textbooks of the People's Education Society 01,the changes and intensions of the selection of the pictures were obtained.Then,the opinions of the teachers and students on the newly edited textbooks of 16 textbooks were separately investigated in the form of questionnaires,and finally reached the goal of teaching in junior high schools.From the point of view,to explore the effective application of textbook images in teaching.
