Since ancient times,the development of all countries in the world has been based on the development of education.Nowadays,as a cornerstone of a country's development,the level of the education development marks the degree of development of all aspects of the country.Therefore,education development has always been at the core of the national development strategy.In 2010,the state issued the "National Medium and Long-term Educational Reform and Development Program(2010-2020)",which pointed out that the government will vigorously support private education;the whole country will mainly form a government-oriented school,mobilize the whole society to participate in education and make the public schools and the private schools develop simultaneously.In 2019,the State Council issued the "China Education Modernization 2035",proposing that by 2035,the country will establish a modern education system that serves lifelong learning for all,guarantee the popularity of the high-quality pre-school education and provide equal compulsory education.Although the proportion of education expenditure in the state's financial allocation has been increasing,there is still a problem of uneven distribution of educational resources in public schools.The demand for quality education resources for students and parents has not been met.Therefore,as an important component of private education,education and training schools have drawn widespread attention.In recent years,China's traditional education system has been continuously reformed,but college entrance examinations are still the key to students' future life.In order to make their children achieve excellent results and enter the ideal university,parents can no longer be satisfied with the education of the current public schools,arranging a series of extracurricular tutoring for their children.The market demand for education and training is increasing now.The informal tutoring business has gradually evolved into a formal education and training industry,which has shown its promising development.Zhiyuan Education and Training School is a school that provides training courses for the students who have to take various tests and exams.The school mainly provides students with short-term training,which includes seven subjects taught in the junior and senior high schools of the state.With the constant changes in student needs and the rapid development of schools,there are some problems appearing in the school,such as lack of online teaching,nondescript services and lack of the awareness of expanding the market.Meanwhile,as the number of small and medium-sized education training schools is increasing and higher service quality is needed,it is even more challenging for Zhiyuan Education and Training School to compete with other competitors.Therefore,given the operating environment,it is extremely necessary to analyze the problems existing in Zhiyuan Education Training School,and formulate the school's development strategy to promote the sound and sustainable development for Zhiyuan Education and Training School.In this study,through consulting a large number of relevant articles and employing strategic management theories,we have interview the school staff,parents,and students to gain an in-depth understanding of the current development of Zhiyuan Education and Training School and its existing problems.The PEST model analysis method was used to analyze the external environment of Zhiyuan Education Training School.The Porter Five Force Model was used to analyze the school's industrial environment,and the resource internal theory was used to analyze the internal environment of the school.With the SWOT matrix analysis method,it can be concluded that the external environment is conducive to the development of Zhiyuan Education and Training School;the structure of the internal teachers is relatively weak.,and the tutoring courses offered at this stage are more extensive,whcih do not have core courses,so the teaching system needs to be improved;the school education brand has low efficiency and little influence.Therefore,Zhiyuan Education and Training School should choose the SO strategy and the ST strategy and formulate a differentiated strategic plan,which can be realized through the differentiation of teaching models,the differentiation of extracurricular services and the differentiation of marketing.The brand propaganda of the school should be strengthened,the source market should be deepened,and the growth of school students should be maintained;The school should investigate the needs of the education and training market,rationally design training courses,and enhance the professional skills of teachers,which ensures the implementation of the development strategy of Zhiyuan Education and Training School.
