With the rapid development of the economy,the public’s awareness of early childhood education is constantly increasing,and the proportion of investment in education is also increasing.The key period for the development of children’s language ability,emotional expression ability,motor ability,and social ability is from 0 to 6 years old.Research has shown that early education is beneficial for improving children’s comprehensive ability level,and is the starting point and foundation of infant and young child education.The government departments are also paying increasing attention to early education,gradually improving the policy content of early education,increasing financial investment in the education industry,encouraging and optimizing talent cultivation,and ensuring the implementation and implementation of policies.At the beginning of 2020,affected by the COVID-19,the offline early education market continued to be depressed,while online early education ushered in an explosive growth.A large amount of capital poured into the early education industry.The early education industry has both the government’s "visible hand" and the market’s "invisible hand",and China’s early education market continued to rise.The development of the early childhood education industry has led to an increase in the number of direct and potential competitors,resulting in more intense industry competition.Therefore,in order to better adapt to market environmental needs,it is necessary to choose the correct development strategy.This article is based on theories such as enterprise development strategy and type of enterprise strategy.Through literature review and case analysis,B Early Education Company is selected as the research object,and combined with the actual situation of the company,the current situation of the company’s strategy and the problems encountered in its implementation process are analyzed.PEST analysis is used to analyze the macro environment of B Early Education Company,including politics,economy,society,and technology.A horizontal study was conducted on the micro environment of the early education industry using the Porter Five Forces model.Although the external environment in China is currently good,the competition in the early education industry is becoming increasingly fierce,and B Early Education Company currently has a series of problems,which has led to increased survival pressure for B Early Education Company.Based on the qualitative analysis of the SWOT model,it can be seen that in the development of B Early Education Company,internal advantages and opportunities are the key to development,but internal disadvantages and external threats cannot be ignored.B Early Education Company needs to actively take measures to address internal disadvantages and external threats.Through analysis,it is determined that B Early Education Company’s development strategy is an SO strategy(growth strategy),which utilizes its own advantages reasonably,seizes opportunities in the early education industry,and solves existing problems of the enterprise,Strengthen internal control,seek new user needs and market opportunities,quickly occupy market heights,better build diversified advantages,and ensure the better implementation of the enterprise’s development strategy through institutional guarantees,service guarantees,financial guarantees,and other means.Institutional guarantees include improving performance evaluation systems and establishing diversified incentive models;Service guarantee includes improving service awareness and improving service quality.Financial security includes establishing and improving financial management systems,ensuring effective source and expenditure reduction,in order to gain more market share.I hope that through the research in this article,B Early Education Company can respond to external threats,leverage its competitive advantages,seize market opportunities for early education,solve existing problems,strengthen internal control,seek new user needs and market opportunities,and choose a development strategy that is highly compatible with its own resource capabilities in the early education market environment with strong demand and personalized and diversified changes,Being able to keep up with the times and dynamically optimize also provides reference significance for the development strategy formulation of the early education industry.
