The unit review class is an important type of course in middle school chemistry teaching.Its main purpose is to enable students to organize and consolidate the knowledge,methods and other content they are learning,and to improve students' application ability.The guided learning case is a kind of teaching program jointly used by teachers and students.Its main purpose is to cultivate students' ability to learn independently.And to improve the classroom teaching effect and improve the teaching efficiency.Applying the guided learning case to the unit review class for comprehensive research is of great value to change the teaching method and improve the review efficiency and promote the development of students.Based on the reading and analysis of the related literature of review lessons and guided learning case,the interview outline is compiled according to the research purpose and the characteristics of junior middle school chemistry teaching,and five teachers are interviewed.Based on the conclusions of the interview and the teaching results of the topics of “Water in nature” and “Carbon and Carbon Oxide”,and based on the requirements of the compulsory education chemistry curriculum standards?examination syllabus and the writing principles for the preparation of the unit review class guided learning case,composing the guided learning case of “Water in nature” and "Carbon and Carbon Oxide" unit and applied to teaching practice.Through the statistical analysis of learning effect and classroom participation on student achievement,student learning level development and classroom observation,the following conclusions are obtained:(1)The use of the guided learning case helps to improve the learning effect of the students;(2)The use of the guided learning case helps lower-level students to shift to higher levels;(3)The use of the guided learning case helps to increase the participation of students in the review class;(4)The use of the guided learning case helps to improve the teaching methods of review class.Based on the above conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward.In the compilation of the guided learning case for the review course of chemical unit:(1)Avoiding the simplification of the form of the guided learning case;(2)Defining the teaching objectives of the review courses;(3)Reflecting the guidance of learning methods.In the use of theguided learning case:(1)teachers should keep learning to avoid dependence on the guided learning case;(2)teachers should guide students how to use the guided learning case reasonably and put forward requirements.Through the application research of the guided learning case in the junior high school chemistry unit review course,the author hopes to provide reference for junior high school chemistry teaching.
