College Innovation System Perspective College Entrepreneurship Training Mode Analysis

College system is the most important position in the history of education.The earliest academic system originated from the late Tang Dynasty,popularized and perfected in the Song and Yuan Dynasties.So far,it has a history of more than 1,000 years.It is the ancient unique education culture mechanism.With the development of economy and society,the pace of market-oriented reforms in higher education is gradually accelerating,and the demand for innovative and entrepreneurial undergraduates continues to increase.The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly proposed to deepen the comprehensive reform in the field of education.The Outline of the Thirteen Five-Year Plan of the State clearly stated in the year 2016 that education reform and development should be the core of fostering innovation and entrepreneurship talents.Education,foreign education and other aspects of the advantages of teaching forms,the development model in recent years by the community’s attention.The current domestic Chinese University of Hong Kong,Fudan University,Xi’an Jiaotong University,Shaoxing College of Arts and other innovative entrepreneurship in undergraduate training through the establishment of"College",the establishment of colleges and professional colleges double cooperative mechanism,which made good Effect.In 2010,Shaoxing College of Arts and Sciences actively participated in the pilot reform of education system in Zhejiang Province,with the opportunity of cultivating talents for innovation and entrepreneurship,thus fully opening up its own teaching reform management system.Through years of efforts and development,Yangming College,Dongshan Academy,Xi ’s College and other characteristics of the College system,the College system in innovation and entrepreneurship personnel training in the implementation of strict "double hospital coordination" and "team focused"management model,and gradually formed a business management,student height Autonomy,free service characteristics of management system.This paper takes the Shaoxing College of Arts and Sciences as an example,taking the experiences of famous Chinese and foreign universities such as the Chinese University of Hong Kong,Xi’an Jiaotong University and Oxford University as reference,using the methods of literature research,comparative analysis And so on under the current College system model,undergraduate institutions innovative entrepreneurial talent training mode for a more comprehensive analysis of the majority of colleges and universities that the implementation of the College system model is relatively single,the current model there are mainly innovative entrepreneurial talent training atmosphere has not yet formed,The traditional educational ideas and the main body of cooperation is not in place,to some extent still plagued undergraduate innovation and entrepreneurship personnel training.The current model is still mainly confined to professional education,and because the school-enterprise incentive and restraint mechanism is not perfect,which is not conducive to innovation and entrepreneurship personnel training.As a result of innovative entrepreneurship and education out of touch is also more significant.Through the analysis of the above problems,it is not difficult to find the above reasons is to restrict the current innovation and entrepreneurship talent model to play a key advantage.At the same time,due to inadequate education system reform,but also to some extent affect the undergraduate innovation and entrepreneurship training.Through the case analysis of Shaoxing College of Arts and Sciences,as well as the experience at home and abroad,this paper believes that the above problems should be solved by creating good atmosphere for cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship,increasing government fiscal leaning,creating a good cultural environment,Creating Students’ Innovative Personality.Through the combination of general education and professional education,improve the innovation and entrepreneurship education incentive and restraint system to stimulate the vitality of innovation and entrepreneurship training;through the improvement of personnel training curriculum system,increase innovation and entrepreneurship personnel input,improve innovation and entrepreneurship training and personnel training,Education reform combined with the teaching system,so as to continuously improve the innovation and entrepreneurship training and education system;through the reform of teaching methods,giving the school more autonomy to promote innovation and entrepreneurship incubator base construction,...
