Research On The Cultivation Of “Entrepreneurship And Innovation” Talents Of College Students

"Mass entrepreneurship and innovation" is a concept proposed by Premier Li Keqiang at the Summer Davos Forum in Tianjin in September 2014.It is described in this paper as "mass entrepreneurship and innovation".At present,the world is in a critical period of major changes and major epidemics that have not been seen in a century,and China has entered a new stage of development.We should plant the "innovative soil" and improve the ability of innovation and development to meet the requirements of high quality development.The "entrepreneurship and innovation" talents who "dare to break through and create" have increasingly become the core essence of talent training in Colleges and universities in China.We will continue to strengthen the supply side reform of "entrepreneurship and innovation" talent training,cultivate a large number of college students with innovative spirit,entrepreneurial awareness and "entrepreneurship and innovation" talents,and implant the soul of innovation and entrepreneurship into China’s higher education talent training system,This is not only a major action in response to General Secretary Xi Jinping’s instructions and the implementation of the spirit of the eighteen and nineteen major reports of the party,but also a key breakthrough in building an innovation highland and cultivating reliable successors for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In recent years,how to promote the efficient operation of college students’ "entrepreneurship and innovation" talent training has been the focus of scholars’ research.China’s "entrepreneurship and innovation" talent training has achieved certain results,but due to the relatively late start,there are still some difficulties hindering the full appearance of the training effect.Through the reading,analysis and sorting of relevant documents,on the basis of exploring the internal relationship between Marxist Humanistic Theory and the cultivation of College Students’ "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" talents,Starting from the five basic connotations of Marxist Humanistic Theory,namely,human essence theory,subjectivity,need theory,value theory,development theory,this paper highly summarizes the existing problems: The environment construction,the subjective function,the driving force,the value guidance and the humanization degree of college students’ "entrepreneurship and innovation" talent training need to be improved.Focus on these problems,this paper accurately puts forward corresponding humanistic countermeasures to improve the "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" talent training,mainly including Clear training orientation,give full play to the subjectivity;Highlight humanistic care,set up correct values;Perfect incentive mechanism,stimulate subjective initiative;Build a platform for education and create an atmosphere of entrepreneurship and innovation;Attach importance to the connection of talent training and promote free and all-round development.
