With the rapid development of science and technology,the information age has come,and all kinds of information are complicated and easy to access.How to make full use of academic information and complete scientific research in this environment is inseparable from the support of academic information literacy.For the postgraduate group with little scientific research experience,it is necessary to have certain academic information literacy to ensure the smooth progress of scientific research tasks.To a certain extent,academic information literacy level is an important basis for measuring the quality of postgraduate training in universities,and Hebei Province universities face with good development opportunities,and the quality of postgraduate training needs to be improved.Therefore,the research on the promotion of academic information literacy of postgraduates in Hebei Province has important practical significance for the development of graduate students and universities in Hebei Province.Firstly,based on the research results of information literacy and academic information literacy at home and abroad,this paper interprets the concept and connotation of academic information literacy,and creatively portrays the structure of academic information literacy to make it's connotation clearer and easier to understand;On the basis of this,combined with the process of scientific research and the actual situation of postgraduate students education in Hebei Province,the basic requirements of academic information literacy of master students are put forward,and the basic theory of academic information literacy is improved.Secondly,based on relevant theories The basic requirements of postgraduate academic information literacy were extended,and the "Principal Information Literacy Questionnaire for Postgraduates in Hebei Province" was compiled.Through empirical research and data analysis,the true situation of academic information literacy of postgraduate students in Hebei Province was explored.The analysis results show that the academic information literacy level of postgraduates in Hebei Province is generally low,especially in the aspects of academic information knowledge and academic information ability.Through a case interview of some students and related experts in Hebei Province universities,the reasons for the low academic information literacy of postgraduates in Hebei Province were summarized,mainly due to the deviation of the relevant subjects of colleges and universities,the lack of attention to academic information literacy,etc.Academic information literacy education system,library's academic information literacy practice education function is not sufficient;lack of professional academic information literacy teacher team,related teachers' academic information literacy knowledge is backward;master's postgraduate training mechanism is not perfect,lack of master student diversion mechanisms,etc.According to the analysis results,in connection with the actual education of Hebei Province universities,this paper proposes countermeasures to improve the academic information literacy level of postgraduate students in Hebei Province from four aspects.First,updating the management concept of academic information literacy education in Hebei Province,to improve the emphasis on academic information literacy;second,establishing a sound academic information literacy education system,increasing the modes of academic information literacy education;third,strengthening the construction of academic information literacy teachers,to guarantee The quality of academic information literacy education;the fourth is to improve the training mechanism for master students and improve the quality of training.
