Information technology has been integrated into people's life, becoming an important component of society. How to effectively use information technology in preschool education has become the focus of academic research. "The computer to grab from the doll", "data driven school education reform" have become an important path of education development in the information age. The cultivation of information literacy presents the characteristics of younger age, and puts forward new requirements for preschool education. As the first teacher of preschool education, preschool teachers have an unshirkable duty to cultivate their information literacy. The prerequisite for the cultivation of children's information literacy is the improvement of information literacy of preschool teachers and its application.The paper uses the literature analysis of information literacy of preschool education of preschool teachers and questionnaire research, analysis of the elements of information literacy of preschool teachers, preschool teachers to explore the status and characteristics of information literacy and information literacy development, put forward the promotion strategy. The main research work of this paper is embodied in:The first is preschool teachers' information literacy. In the review of information literacy research at home and abroad, expounds the basic concept of information literacy,combined the characteristics of preschool teachers, preschool teachers need to have clear information awareness, information knowledge, information ability, information morality of the four dimensions of information literacy.The second is the status and characteristics of information literacy of preschool teachers. Taking the kindergarten teachers in Changxing Island Economic Zone of Dalian as the object of study, this paper uses the information literacy questionnaire of preschool teachers as the research tool. Based on the further analysis of the survey data, this paper analyzes the current situation of the information literacy of the preschool teachers from four dimensions: information awareness, information knowledge, information technology and information ethics. From the two dimensions of information hardware environment and information technology training, the information environment of preschool teachers is presented. Combining the teachers from the daily work of information technology and curriculum integration, the use of information technology to carry out their interaction,the use of information technology to promote the development of the three dimensions to understand the subjects of kindergarten teachers' using information technology.The third is the strategy of improving the information literacy of preschool teachers.Based on the results of the investigation and analysis, this paper puts forward some strategies to improve the information literacy of preschool teachers, strengthen the management of kindergartens and optimize the information technology training system.In summary, the case study finds that the information literacy of preschool teachers is the right direction, small problems, grasp the basic knowledge and skills but lack of in-depth study. It is urgent for the relevant administrative departments, training departments to work together on the promotion of kindergarten. The research of this paper has certain theoretical and practical value for the formulation of the relevant policies of preschool teachers' information literacy, strengthening the management of preschool teachers' information literacy, and optimizing the training of preschool teachers' information technology.
