Analysis Of The Status Quo And Causes Of Rural Youth Marriage Concept In Shijiazhuang From The Perspective Of Marriage Squeeze

In the 1980 s,the country began to promote family planning,coupled with the emergence of gender detection technology,which led to the imbalance of the sex ratio of newborns in most areas of China,especially in rural areas,and has continued to this day,resulting in a far-reaching male population in the marriage market.Far more than the female population,a large number of young people can not find a suitable marriage target,especially in rural areas,the phenomenon of "marriage squeeze" is getting more and more serious.At the moment,a large number of rural youths are pouring into towns,making it more difficult for the remaining youth to find targets.In order to understand the current situation and causes of the marriage concept of the rural youth of the age in the context of "marriage squeeze",this paper takes 21 counties(districts)of Shijiazhuang as the research site,and considers the young men and women of the appropriate age to investigate the marriage of rural youth.Ideas are field-tested to obtain meaningful conclusions.On the basis of reviewing relevant literatures,this paper explores the rural youth marriage concept from the perspective of “marriage squeeze”,understands the current rural marriage status,and further analyzes from the three perspectives of personal conditions,family conditions and social environment.The factors affecting the marriage concept of young men and women,and the rational construction of the indicator system.From these three perspectives,the questionnaire is designed to obtain the basic information of the respondents,the status quo of the marriage concept,the factors affecting the concept of marriage,and the marriage concept of the rural youth.Through the multi-stage sampling survey method,this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on the marriage concept of rural youth in Shijiazhuang,and uses the methods of descriptive analysis,cross-tab analysis,decision tree model,multi-group structural equation model and text mining to collect data.After analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)the gender ratio of the young people of the age is unbalanced,which forms a phenomenon of marriage squeeze;(2)the rural development is relatively backward,and the youth flows into the towns;(3)the cost of marriage payment increases,which increases the crowding of marriage;There are significant differences in the concept of marriage between young men and women;(5)rural life is occluded,and young people have a single way of finding objects.According to the conclusions obtained,the following suggestions are put forward to relevant departments:(1)Establishing a correct concept of fertility and balancing the gender ratio;(2)Vigorously developing the economy of rural areas and increasing the disposable income of villagers;(3)Formulating relevant policies,Control the cost of marriage payment;(4)Strengthen publicity and create a correct concept of marriage;(5)Broaden the rural life circle and diversification of mate selection.
