A Research On College Students’ View Of Love And Marriage Under Multi-cultural Background

The modern Chinese society and economic structure change and the world globalizationdevelopment have intensified various kinds of cultural fusion and collision, formingmulti-cultural structure. At present, our country is in the primary stage of socialism with someimperfect systems. In addition, western materialism and utilitarianism, practicality, marriagefreedom, sexual liberation and other concepts are gradually introduced into inland. With thecontinuous update of science and technology, rapid popularization of network technology,college students’ ideology occupied by various cultures, the value orientation and behaviorchoice of college students are very easily suffered by adverse effects.This paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures by investigating collegestudents’ love and marriage concept under multicultural background and multiculturalinfluence on college students’ love and marriage. Besides the Chapter one introduction, thispaper mainly includes the contents of three chapters. At first, this paper mainly explores themajor relevant information of surveyed college students and their main understanding of loveand marriage, involving college students’ cognition of love and marriage, their viewpoints oflove freedom and marital happiness, selection criteria and condition of love and marriageobject, the consideration of housing problem after marriage and others. In addition, the maincontent of this paper is to analyze multicultural effect on college students’ love and marriage,including the multicultural influences on such aspects as college students’ love and marriagecognition, college students’ love and marriage motivation, college students’ sexual conceptand loyalty, the selection standards of college students’ love and marriage object, collegestudents’ marriage manners as well as relationship models of lovers and couples. Last but notleast is to help students to set up right love and marriage concept, which is shown below. Thefirst is to improve the college students’ marriage moral qualities from the perspective of theirown; the second is to give play to the educational effects of parents on children love andmarriage; the third is to optimize the campus environment and provide a good learningcondition of love and marriage knowledge for college students; the fourth is to improve socialenvironment and try the best to minimize the spread of bad marriage contents,at the same time also need the reasonable and effevtive use of movie television, network, books and other toolsto spread positive knowledge of love and marriage.
