In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the supervisor-doctoral student interaction in ideological and political class.How to improve the Supervisor-Doctoral Student Interaction in ideological and political class has become an urgent problem for teachers in ideological and political class.The interactive relationship between teachers and students not only includes the guidance of teachers to students,but also the acceptance of the content and method of teachers' guidance.It pays more attention to the interaction and cooperation between teachers and students,so as to achieve a win-win process.As the soul of ideological and political courses,a good Supervisor-Doctoral Student Interaction is not only conducive to stimulating students'enthusiasm,initiative and creativity,but also affects the effect of ideological and political theory courses.However,the current Supervisor-Doctoral Student Interaction has the following problems:Firstly,the positioning of the main body of Supervisor-Doctoral Student Interaction in ideological and political courses is not clear,and the effect of Supervisor-Doctoral Student Interaction is poor(Teachers-led teaching model does not give full play to the subjectivity of students;knowledge-based teaching objectives do not give full play to the subjectivity of teachers and students;students lack enthusiasm for ideological and political theory courses and are lazy to interact.)Secondly,Education courses interaction between ecological system has not been established between teachers and students,teachers and students interact low efficiency(single physical environment and suitable active thinking of the students;don't boring don't match the spirit of the environment and the needs of students;classroom atmosphere).The last,Failure to form a political education classroom interaction field,interaction between teachers and students benefit not obvious(group cohesion and pressure balance,quasi steady state).In view of the above problems,it is necessary to apply the group dynamics theory to the ideological and political class and build a new type of interaction between teachers and students in the ideological and political class.In the ideological and political class,the following attempts can be made:Firstly,Transform the traditional ideological and political class subject relationship from the perspective of group dynamics theory.It is embodied in the following aspects:transformation of subject-object relationship in ideological and political courses;the transformation from "I" to"we";Transformation of Supervisor-Doctoral Student Interaction.Secondly,Construct the interactive ecosystem of ideological and political courses from the perspective of group dynamics,namely the new "environment" interpretation.We should not only transform the physical environment but also the spiritual environment,and pay more attention to the reconstruction of the interactive ecosystem of the dynamic cycle of ideological and political classroom,so as to improve students'sense of participation,achievement and satisfaction.The last,create a"common life"and build an interaction field of ideological and political class under the group dynamics.That is to pay attention to the creative use of field force,group cohesion and group pressure to interact,so as to produce attractive interactive field.At the same time,it is necessary to construct a new organizational structure of ideological and political class,seek the quasi-stable balance of ideological and political class,and finally construct the "ethical community" between teachers and students of ideological and political class.The construction of a new type of interaction between teachers and students in ideological and political courses is not only conducive to paying more attention to the principal role of students in teaching activities,but also can optimize the interaction between teachers and students,so as to better improve the quality of ideological and political theory teaching.
