Research purposes: In this paper, the authors applied the anti-aCADominal breathing exercises with different respiratory rhythms under fixed respiratory rate, and analyzed the differences of heart rate variability and cerebral blood flow related indicators among male students under different respiratory rhythms. To explore the mechanism of the effect of respiratory rhythm on the autonomic nervous function of the subject, and provide a theoretical basis for the scientific formulation of traditional sports health exercise prescriptions for cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.Improve the scientific and effective effectiveness of traditional sports health prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases, and give play to the historical mission of traditional sports health to enhance national health in the new era.Research method: In this paper, based on the experimental method, according to the research purpose,16 male college students from Beijing Sport University were selected as experimental subjects, and different respiratory rhythm experiments were carried out for 30 minutes at a reverse abdominal respiratory rate of 5 /min.subjects were subjected to three rhythm and anti-abdominal breathing interventions, such as longer inspiratory time(7s-2s-3s),same time with inspiratory and expiratory(5s-2s-5s),longer expiratory time(3s-2s-7s),At the same time, subjects were tested for the heart rate variability and carotid blood flow force 10 min before the intervention,10 min during the intervention, and 10 min after the intervention.Research result: 1.At 5 /min of respiratory rate,LF,LF/HF increased significantly in the subjects during the longer inspiratory time rhythm,p<0.01;LF,LF/HF increased significantly during the rhythm of same time with inspiratory and expiratory,p<0.05;In the rhythms of longer expiratory time, the LF,LF/HF values were significantly increased in the intervention,p<0.05,and significantly decreasedafter the intervention,p<0.05.2.At 5 times/min respiratory rate, the carotid artery CAD of the experimental subjects increased during the rhythm with longer inspiratory time,p<0.01;The carotid CAD and SP of the experimental subjects increased,p<0.05 during the rhythm with same inspiratory and expiratory. The carotid artery CBF of the experimental subjects was measured by the rhythm with longer expiratory,p<0.01,and then increased,p<0.01;3.At 5 times/min respiratory rate, the heart rate variability of the subjects had a delayed effect when the inspiratory time was longer, same time with inspiratory and expiratory, and the expiratory time was longer and the rhythm was reversed,p<0.05;(4)At the 5/min respiratory rate, the SDSD,RMSSD,LF/HF,and CBF values of the subjects were significantly different between the longer inspiratory and the longer expiratory,p<0.05;There was a significant difference between the LF of the experimental subjects in the longer inspiratory rhythm and the same time with inspiratory and expiratory rhythm,p<0.05;Another significantly different between the same time with inspiratory and expiratory rhythm and the longer expiratory rhythm,p<0.05;Research conclusion: 1.5/min different rhythm anti-abdominal breathing has different effects on autonomic nerves and cerebral blood flow in male college students.2.5/min of long inspiration rhythm, same time with inspiration and expiratory which makes male college students' LF increase significantly after intervention which compared with the before intervention.Carotid CAD in the intervention was significantly higher than before intervention.Cerebral blood flow indicates was increased that this rhythm male college student brain is more active and the brain is not easy to relax.3.5/min longer expiratory rhythm caused male college students to intervene in the carotid artery CBF significantly lower than before intervention, and the cerebral blood flow decreased, indicating that this rhythm male college students' brain activity level decreased, which is conducive to brain relaxation.
