Objective: Breathing is an important way in human metabolism, for us is life, and people can self regulation of physiological activity, since ancient times has been paid great attention in all previous dynasties home health, sports experts, but what frequency of abdominal breathing on autonomic nervous will lead to better regulate people does not solve the problem for a long time,it is against to improve the practice effect of traditional health preservation techniques. So this paper is to study through the experiment analysis of different forms, frequencies of abdominal breathing on heart rate variability and the influence on the effect of cranial blood supply, and combining the characteristics of the different forms of abdominal breathing, frequency analysis of the influence of its mechanism,to find the right abdominal breathing frequency and form, and then serve if the sports keeping in good health techniques. Methods: In this study,a total of 10 male postgraduate students from Beijing physical education university were randomly selected for male postgraduate students.Respectively to test and compare the frequency of 4 to 7 / points good or poor abdominal breathing for 10 minutes in the process of heart rate variability and carotid artery hemodynamic indicators, with 5 minutes before and after the experiment and the natural breath test comparison.Results:1.There was no significant difference in the indexes of blood flow in carotid artery by shunt-abdominal breathing.2.Good or poor abdominal breathing on heart rate variability index TP,HF and carotid blood flow mechanics index of ps in frequency is 4 times/min,and 5 times/time sharing have significant differences,LF,LF/HF in frequency is 4 to 7 times per minute are significant or very significant difference.3.There was a significant difference between natural respiration and natural respiration compared to the index TP after 4 times/min and 5 times/subventral breathing experiment. Conclusions: 1.Reverse abdominal breathing can improve heart rate variability and improve autonomic nervous system function.2.5 beats per minute in reverse abdominal breathing is the best.3.After abdominal breathing exercises, the experimental results have some continuity.
