World Outstanding Women's Judo Athletes Before And After The New Rules Investment Technology Development Characteristics

The implementation of the new rules is bound to have a profound impact on Judo in every Olympic cycle.In 2017,the International Judo Federation(IJF)announced the trial implementation of the revised rules for judo in the new Olympic cycle.In November 2017 and January 2018,the Executive Committee of the International Judo Federation was convened to revise the new rules so as to make them more complete and hopefully apply to the judo in Tokyo Olympic Games in 2020.Road race.The 2015 World Judo Championship is the last World Championship under the 2016 edition of the rules,and the 2018 World Judo Championship is the first World Championship after a series of new rules were amended in the new Olympic cycle.Through the comparative analysis of the two World Championships,it is of great significance to analyze the implementation of the new rules and the future development trend of Judo.At present,domestic research on women's Judo theory is specialized.In view of this,this paper uses the methods of documentation,expert interview,video observation and mathematical statistics to study the application of throwing techniques of the top three women athletes in the World Judo Championships in 2015 and 2018,which are-48 kg,-52 kg and-57 kg.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The new rules effectively improve the enthusiasm of athletes' offense and the appreciation of the game.The new rules further strengthen the protection of athletes' personal safety.(2)After the implementation of the new rules,the technical level of women's judo athletes is diversified,the types of use of technology and the number of use of the technology are increased as a whole,and the skill and skill use rate of the technology is high.The main use technique is One is carrying a piggyback,an internal stock,a small guilt,a big guilt,and a sweeping waist.(3)After the implementation of the new rules,the action category with the highest number of scores for women's judo athletes is foot skill.The main scoring action is a piggyback,internal stock,and large guilt.(4)After the implementation of the new rules,the rules for penalties are more stringent,and the number of penalties is generally increased.The number of negative offensive penalties is significantly reduced compared with that before the implementation of the new rules.(5)Among the top three women's junior high-level athletes in the two World Championships,there are more Asian athletes.The skill in the skill-taking technique is the main type of technology and scoring technique used by Asian and European athletes.
