Education is prosperous and national education is strong.In order to truly realize the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,and to transform China from a big educational country to an educational power,and to be among the world's forefront,we must effectively improve our country's basic education.Among the many factors that determine the level of basic education,the first-line teachers in primary and secondary schools are the direct performers of education,which is the vanguard to improve the quality of education in the whole country.The professional quality of teachers educators who train these front-line teachers is to improve the education of the whole country.The cornerstone of the quality level and the source of power.This study takes the teacher educators of local teachers colleges in China as the research object,and uses questionnaire survey method and interview method to conduct survey and analysis.A total of 120 questionnaires are distributed,118 questionnaires are collected,2 invalid questionnaires are excluded,and the remaining valid questionnaires are collected.116 copies were selected,and a representative of 8teacher educators were selected for interviews to gain an in-depth understanding of the status quo of post-employment training for teachers in local teachers' colleges in China.Through the collation of questionnaires and interviews and analysis of the results,the author finds that the following problems exist in the post-employment training of teacher educators in local teachers' colleges:(1)the distribution of post-employment training quotas is unbalanced and random;(2)The content of after-service training is too general to meet the role of teacher educators;(3)the effectiveness of post-employment training is not sufficient,and there is no perfect institutional guarantee mechanism;(4)the form of post-employment training is single,which is not conducive to the professionalism of teacher educators.Growth;(5)Post-employment training ignores the role of internal factors and cannot stimulate the enthusiasm of teacher educators for self-learning.According to the research conclusions,the author puts forward some suggestions:(1)Establish a post-employment training database for teachers and educators,pay attention to the continuity of training;(2)Pay attention to the post-employment training needs of teachers and educators,and advocate “supply-side training”;(3)Monitor the post-employment training effect of teacher educators,establish a sound after-service training system;(4)broaden the post-employment training channels for teacher educators,and establish an inter-school interactive platform;(5)clarify the particularity of teacher educators' occupations Remember the mission and responsibility.
