Investigation On The Current Situation Of Teacher Training Effectiveness Of The "National Training Program" In Jiangxi Province

The “National training program” for primary and secondary school teachers,has been implemented since 2010 and is an important measure to improve the overall quality of primary and secondary school teachers,especially those in rural areas,jiangxi “National culture”has also been implemented for more than a decade.The purpose of this study is to find out the evaluation of the training effect of the“National training”teachers,so as to promote the optimization of the “National Training”projects in the new cycle.Based on the subjective evaluation of objective facts,this study focuses on the effectiveness of teacher training under the “National Training Program”.Based on the analysis of the policy document of “National Training”,and the clarification of the original intention,goal and task of “National Training”,this paper establishes the inspection dimension of the effectiveness of “National training”teacher training,that is to improve the personal professional quality of participating teachers,to promote the development of local education,to lead the work of teacher training at the county level,to promote the self-development of the main body of training.In recent years,three types of relevant personnel who have participated in “National Training”teacher training classes and project implementation,namely,participating teachers,local education and teacher managers,and training project implementers,have conducted questionnaire surveys or interviews,and through the SPSS Statistical Software,the collected information for descriptive statistics,one-way analysis of variance and other methods of data research.The results show that the overall effect of teacher training is good,with a score of 3.93.There is still room for improvement.In effectiveness dimension,“National training”is the most effective way to promote teachers' professional development,followed by promoting the self-development of training subjects,promoting the development of local education,leading county-level teacher training work.From the main body of evaluation,the participating teachers have the highest evaluation on the training effectiveness of “National Training”teachers,followed by the project implementers,local education and teacher managers.The study finds that there are two main factors that affect the effectiveness of the “National Training”teacher training: first,the direct factors of the process,such as the positive learning attitude of the participating students,the rich content of the training,most of the experts who teach the course have a high level of teaching,most of the training methods are diverse and practical,and the training management services are varied and need to be improved,for example,the sufficient degree of the preparation work before the implementation of the training varies among the relevant subjects,the contradiction between “National Training”and the daily teaching work is prominent,the comprehensive resources and conditions of the training need to be optimized,and the following guidance of the practice after the training is insufficient,etc..In order to further improve the effectiveness of teacher training under the National Training Program,it is suggested that in the process of implementing the training program,the participating teachers and the training contents,the experts in teaching,the training methods,and the training management should be implemented,taking into account pre-training preparation and post-training transfer links,the establishment of institutionalized training arrangements,optimize the training of integrated resources.
