There are good teachers, have a good education."The newera of education per teacher put forward new demands to each teacher has a diverseknowledge structure, skilled teaching technology, strong ability to work, deeds andother noble character. For teachers, teachers’ quality has been difficult to meet theneeds of the development of quality education, teachers must rely on the job trainingto improve the quality of teachers, so as to promote the professional development ofteachers, education of the students meet the new requirements of the times, in orderto ensure their own not be eliminated.Improve the quality of education as well as to achieve a balanced education isfundamentally dependent on the quality of teachers, but for China, accounting forthree-quarters of the number of quality teachers in rural teachers will play a morecritical role. For this country to increase the after-service training of teachers in ruralareas, and continuously conduct various training programs to improve the quality ofteachers in rural areas, promote the development of rural teachers, but theeffectiveness of teacher training in rural areas, but not optimistic.Based on this, the study of "western Yunnan after teacher training in rural juniorhigh school sports," This project for the study, Through literature, questionnaires,interviews, statistics, case studies and other methods to collect participating in thetraining of teachers, principals, and the units participating in the training of teachersof students feedback data to understand their true for rural teacher training viewsexploratory them about training effectiveness of the idea, to find the real factors thatinfluence the effectiveness of the rural backbone of teacher training. Analyzed andsummarized by the following conclusions:(1) improve the ethics literacy, low effectiveness of updating the concept of education and teaching training objectives;(2) morality, knowledge of educational theory and teaching and research paperwriting training aspects of the effectiveness of lower;(3) the use of seminars andindependent style, low cooperation, inquiry-based approach to training effectivenessof training;(4) participating in the training of teachers considered part of theassessment of the effectiveness of the way is not high;(5) participating in thetraining of teachers back after the post, updating and teaching in the changingattitudes of teaching concepts, effectiveness is not obvious;(6) participating in thetraining of teachers returning to, a small part of the teacher’s teaching ability hasbeen significantly improved;(7) the impact of participating in the training of teachertraining effectiveness is the result of joint action by a number of factors.For the conclusions of this study puts forward effective proposals to improvethe effectiveness of the training. Specific recommendations are as follows:(1)multi-angle concerns participating in the training of teachers training needs,developing training objectives;(2) optimization of the curriculum, highlightingspecific training content, practical and advanced;(3) a reasonable combination ofvarious teaching methods, the appropriate choice of training methods;(4) optimizethe integration of assessment using a variety of evaluation methods, formulate andimprove the incentive mechanism;(5) reasonable arrangements for training time,appropriate to shorten the training time replacement full-time project. So as topromote the development of teacher training career, optimizing the training of ruralteachers, to improve education in rural teachers, after-service teacher training so thattruly improve the quality of rural education teachers a good helper, but also providea reference for other teacher training at all levels and guidance.The thesis is divided into five parts: The first part is the introduction, describesthe topic basis and significance of the study, the backbone of the rural middle schoolPE teacher training related to the effectiveness of the concept to define, at home andabroad have been on teacher training studies a brief combing, clarifies the ideas andmethods, heavy and difficult research, innovation and training in the basic situationof the rural teacher training Undertaker backbone elaborate.
