Research On The Development Dilemma And Countermeasures Of Independent Establishment Higher Vocational Women's College

The development of women's education is one of the significant symbols of the progress of women and the civilization of the country.Chinese women's colleges and universities have promoted the development of Chinese women's higher education deeply and improved the level of Chinese women's cultural quality.After the promulgation of the"Private Education Promotion Act"in 2002,Chinese private higher vocational education developed rapidly and became an important part of China's higher education gradually.The development of private higher vocational education has effectively increased the supply of educational services,satisfied people's need of diversity education,and trained a large number of qualified talents for the socialist construction.Different from other common technical college,private women's higher vocational colleges is a special existence of higher education in China.With the rapid development of social economy,higher education developed rapidly while women's higher vocational colleges encounter difficulties and reached a plateau.Reductions in traditional survival and development space,decline of freshmen qualities,indeterminacy of college's orientation,lack of school characteristic,these are all reasons make the development situation not optimistic.The author takes Fujian Hwanan Women's College as an example.Based on the current development situation of Chinese private women's higher vocational colleges,this article summarizes the problems that private women's higher vocational colleges are facing.Comparative analysis method,interview method and literature method are used by author of article.The article also analyzes reasons for the problems and provides some suggestions to solve them.Following sollutions can be taken to deal with the problems.First,to make a clear orientation of private women's higher vocational colleges.Second,to cross gender domain and to perfect the major establishment.Third,to strengthen the management of women's higher vocational colleges and improve the quality of education.Fourth,to construct Brand characteristics of women's higher vocational colleges.
