The Plight And Countermeasure On The Moral Education In Independent College

Conducted by the new mechanism and pattern of the undergraduate college,the Independent College,which is the important component of the Chinese higher education,bears the responsibility of fostering the Chinese characteristic socialist erector and successor.The Independent College plays a high role in augmenting education supply,satisfying diversification demand,boosting up education livingness,cultivating human talent and so on.However,as the new outcome of the higher education reform,there are particularities in the pattern,system and condition of the school running and background of the student source.In order to keep the entire and fine persistence development of the Independent College,morality education should be put in the core state.The dissertation analyzes the current situation of moral education from four sides:administration system of education work,education contant,moral education work group and mothods of moral education. Based on the existing problem of the morality education work for the Independent College,the author analyzes the main cause of the problem from the following aspects,including administration system,the objects,the contents,the surroundings of morality education and the work group of moral education.Therefore,the dissertation puts forward the countermeasures in carrying out the morality education for the Independent college effectively,which are establishing the training goal, innovating morality education content,perfecting the morality education working method,constructing the harmonious morality education surroundings and so on.
