Independent colleges is now in inferiority standing between established undergraduate colleges and senior vocational schools. To make a path in a short time showing all special features and advantages., the construction of connotation is out of question. The next step is to carry on a research from the tiny view level and select one of the first independent colleges in Sichuan province-Yinxin Hotel Management School of CUIT as a case study, analyzing its success and shortages from the "project representative director system" in major establishing management. This will get the related apocalypse that provide other independent colleges references; Finally with the former case it will carry on a further research into the application of project management to independent college in major establishment.
