In order to solve the physique health problems of Chinese teenagers who have been declining for nearly 30 years,and to establish the guiding ideology of “health first” teaching,the “China Health Physical Education Curriculum Model” is the director of the key laboratory of the ministry of Education and the secretary of the Party Committee of the School of Physical Education and Health of East China Normal University.Professor Ji Liu led his team after long-term practice.There are three requirements for the teaching philosophy of "China's Healthy Physical Education Curriculum Model" : one is to cultivate students' health-conscious behaviors;the other is to guide students to learn to exercise and improve their athletic ability;the third is to respect students' learning needs,to teach students in accordance with their aptitude and to cultivate students' love for sports.Exercise load,physical exercise,and motor skills are the three key points of the “China Health Sports Curriculum Model”.In this mode,the physical density of each physical education class should be about 75%,and each physical education class must have 10 minutes of physical fitness.The physical education class is not to teach students a single technique but to teach students the ability to use technology.Change the normal physical education class,make the physical education class become a physical education class with skills,skills and tactics,and have competitions.In the end,students will be physically fit,strong,strong-willed,optimistic and cheerful,united and cooperative,and noble in morality.For the physical education teaching in the experimental school,I went to the school that participated in the “China Health Physical Education Curriculum Model” experiment to conduct on-the-spot observation,practice practice,visit observation,and ask experts,teachers and other means to understand the situation of 10 minutes of physical exercise,and learn from it.Physical education teachers use more advanced practice methods and methods in the implementation of the 10-minute physical exercise,and the effect is remarkable.However,there is still no teaching material and program system that can be specifically referenced for the 10-minute physical exercise.Therefore,this study summarizes and summarizes thecontent of physical fitness exercises in the “ Chinese Health and Physical Education Curriculum Model” experimental school level by using the literature method,expert interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method.In addition,combined with expert interviews,access to relevant literature and other ways,design a set of specific programs suitable for level 10 students' physical exercise,and carry out case test verification for the program,in order to provide reference for teachers' teaching,specific research The results and conclusions are as follows:(1)"China Health Sports Curriculum Model" Level 1 The design of the student physical exercise program follows the overall requirements of the student development and the fundamental task of the "Lide Tree People";the requirements of the "China Health Sports Curriculum Model",level one student The characteristics of physical and mental development,the principles of physical exercise,and the development of motor skills are the theoretical basis for physical exercise design.Following the development sequence of human motion skills,the physical exercise is suitable for the basic exercise skills of the level one student.The displacement exercise skills are mainly used,and the non-displacement skills and operation skills are supplemented by various combinations.(2)The design of the physical exercise program is mainly based on the displacement action skill,and the combination exercise of the non-displacement action skill and the operation action skill.The displacement movement skills are mainly composed of crawling,walking,running,jumping and other movement skills.The non-displacement movement skills are mainly balanced,flexion and extension,and torsion.The operation skills are mainly grasping,kicking,shooting,throwing,pushing,pulling,etc..The choice of physical exercise content considers the diversity of the exercise,the interest,the physical compensation for the content of the course,and the comprehensiveness of the development of physical fitness.(3)Case implementation of the level one student physical exercise program: After the experimental group experiment,the students were 50 m running,1 minute skipping,sitting body flexion,and FMS functional action screening were significant differences(P<0.05);There was a significant difference between the last 50 meters and 1 minute skipping(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the sitting body flexion and the FMS functional screening(P>0.05).(4)It is proved that the physical exercise program has certain effectiveness on the improvement of the physical fitness of the level one and the practice interest(P<0.05).
