“The Curriculum Model of Chinese Health Sports” was proposed by Professor Ji Liu and his team on the basis of long-term practice and theory by the Director of the Key Laboratory of the Ministry of Education of the “Adolescent Health Assessment and Exercise Intervention” of East China Normal University[1].As of September 2017,the schools participating in the model have covered 53 primary and middle schools in 7 cities,and published in an “Announcement” on the “Student Physical Health Assessment and Sports Intervention” Summit Forum: More than three years of experiments have verified that " The Curriculum Model of Chinese Health Sports " can greatly improve the physical fitness and cardiopulmonary function of primary and middle schools children,especially in the physical fitness indicators related to motor skills and physical fitness[2].Due to the accelerated pace of life,poor lifestyle and increasing learning pressure,the physical and mental health of young students is not good.The current sports activities can not meet the needs of students' physical development.It is imperative to change this phenomenon.It is in this context that “The Curriculum Model of Chinese Health Sports” was proposed by Professor Ji Liu.“The Curriculum Model of Chinese Health Sports” clearly states that there must be 10 minutes of physical activity in primary and middle school students' physical education classes,and ensure that the practice methods are diversified and interesting,preventing boring,single and boring physical exercises;while emphasizing the compensatory of physical and enable the upper limbs and lower limbs,the local and the whole to develop in an all-round way to enhance the physical and mental health of the students.For the physical education teaching in the experimental school,I went to some experimental schools to conduct on-the-spot observation,practical study and expert interviews to fully understand the physical exercise in the physical education class for 10 minutes,and learned from it: the teaching of physical exercise in the class for 10 minutes.In practice,physical education teachers have used many of the more advanced physical exercise methods,and the teaching effect is very obvious.However,there is currently no specific reference material or program system for the 10-minute physical exercise in class.To this end,this paper uses the literature method,expert interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method to summarize and summarize the content of the 10-minute physical exercise in “The Curriculum Model of Chinese Health Sports” Level 2 student class.In combination with reading relevant literature and interviewing experts,we will design a set of specific programs suitable for the 10-minute physical exercise in the level 2 students under“The Curriculum Model of Chinese Health Sports”,and carry out case test verification for the program so that provides a reference for teachers' teaching..The conclusions drawn from the research are as follows:(1)The research proves that “The Curriculum Model of Chinese Health Sports” level two students' physical fitness practice program can improve each physical quality of students and design them reasonably.(2)Content of physical exercise program design: The design of physical exercise program is based on the main teaching contents of the class,from exercise content,practice purpose,practice method,practice organization form,practice group number,exercise load intensity,practice requirements,etc.(3)The physical fitness practice program of “The Curriculum Model of Chinese Health Sports” Level 2 is designed according to the principles of “diversity,interest,compensability and comprehensiveness”;the physical and mental development characteristics of students,the“Sports and Health Curriculum” standard As a theoretical basis.(4)“The Curriculum Model of Chinese Health Sports” Level 2 Student Physical Fitness Exercise Program can effectively improve the physical quality of students,especially in the aspect of students' flexibility and sensitivity.(5)Through ten minutes of physical exercise,the quality of boys and girls is not the same.The increase of speed,quality,strength and sensitivity of girls are higher than boys,and the level of flexibility is low.Except of the sitting position of the experimental group,the improvement of other indicators is higher than the third grade students.
