Research purposes: Based on the four goals of sports participation,sports skills,physical health,mental health and adaptation proposed by the curriculum standard(2011 edition),this study designed the teaching plan of expanding game application in primary school physical education preparation activities,developed relevant questionnaires,collected data of students' heart rate,assessed students' skill mastery level,and randomly selected experimental subjects for interviews.This paper makes a follow-up analysis of the cases,and evaluates the application effect of outward bound games in primary school physical education preparatory activities from three perspectives: innovation(students' acceptance and liking),effectiveness(achievement of the goals in the four fields of physical education)and fluency of physical education classes(connection between the preparation part of physical education classes and the basic part).It also tries to provide an opportunity for outward bound games to enter primary school physical education classes.Feasibility proposals.Participants: In the fifth grade of an urban school in Zhenjiang City,Jiangsu Province,two classes with the same teacher were selected as experimental subjects,with 40 students in each class,of which Class A was the experimental class and Class B was the control class.Summary of research methods: 5-hour experimental teaching unit is designed with basketball hands chest pass and catch as the teaching content.Class A adopts outward bound games in preparation activities,while Class B uses bare-handed exercises.In the experiment,the data of resting heart rate,bare-handed exercises and extended games were collected,and the effects of extended games on physical fitness goals were analyzed.After the experiment,the students of the two classes were scored by skill evaluation to evaluate their impact on the achievement of sports skills goals;the students of the two classes were analyzed by questionnaire to evaluate the impact of extended games on sports participation,mental health and social adaptation goals.At the same time,in the course of the experiment,the subjects were randomly selected for interviews,and the cases were followed up and analyzed.Finally,using mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper evaluates the application effect of extended games in primary school physical education preparation activities from three perspectives: innovation(students' acceptance and liking),effectiveness(the achievement of the goals in the four fields of physical education)and fluency of physical education(the connection between the preparation part of physical education class and the basic part).Conclusion: It is an innovative measure to expand the application of games in primary school physical education preparation activities,whose interesting and educational value can be widely recognized by students;the application of extended games in primary school physical education preparation activities has a positive impact on sports participation,sports skills,physical health,mental health and social adaptation;and extended games can make it possible to achieve the four goals of physical education participation,sports skills,mental health and social adaptation.Students have been fully prepared in both students' and psychological aspects.The application of preparatory activities can well link up the study of the basic part of physical education,and the whole seems fluent and efficient.Suggestions: Expanding games should be simplified and improved when they are applied to primary school physical education preparation activities;Expanding games should be applied to primary school physical education preparation activities closely related to the teaching content;Choosing appropriate games according to the goal of physical education mental health and social adaptation;Creating a reasonable experiential game model;Teachers should guide and summarize in time in the training process;Applying teamwork contract We should make full use of the effect of expanding games to create a good teacher-student relationship and learning atmosphere.
