According to existing literature at home and abroad, the main objectives of physical education for the preparation are paving the way for students to learn the basic contents, get ready for psychological and physiological preparation, and obtain more knowledge and skills taught by physical education teachers, and more important is that the student can be effective in reducing injury accidents. The Standard of the physiological load in Physical preparation is not yet established at home and abroad. Therefore, thesis is devoted to investigate, analyze the same item of all ages, the same age group as well as preparatory activities between the different items of physiological load in a comparative analysis of research; the thesis is expected to provide some help for more scientific and rational development of preparatory activity in physical education at elementary and middle schools. This study systematically reviewed in the recent warming-up physical education at home and abroad on the basis of the physiological load and found that warming-up activities accounts for a little proportion of time in the whole class, its laws and how to adapt teaching materials, phase convergence and so on, are often vulnerable to physical education teachers and students to ignore. Most of the relevant literature and more emphasis on the type of preparatory activities and activities of the organization, but not related to the physiological load warming-up study of the quantitative criteria. Physical preparation of the existing data to explore the literature, combined with expert questionnaire, primary and secondary school students in Chengdu, sports preparations some of the physiological characterization of the load data, in order to determine the physiological load of physical preparation to provide a basis of quantitative criteria. In the empirical study part, primary and secondary schools in Chengdu, is divided into five groups, and grade 1-2 primary school, 3-4-year and 5-6 grade, 7-9-year (junior) high school grades, in the physical preparation during the whole measurement of the sample. Of students to measure heart rate, and measuring the results of further statistical analysis and comparative study. Data show that: the group in different parts of the same basic physical circumstances are different, the same group in the basic part of physical education is not the same circumstances are different, the same group, the same project, there are differences between male and female, different . Survey and comparative study of specific conclusions are as follows: primary grade group increased with the grade, the average heart rate changes in physical preparation for the upward trend in 7-9-year group of high school boys and boys a higher overall average heart rate, reflected in the data for girls'grades 7-9 is higher than the overall average heart rate high school girls in the average heart rate group. Data show that all the grade groups measurement points in two minutes when the average state of the rapid rise in heart rate, in line with the physiological load of psychogenic theory (not explored in this article).
