Research On The Cultivation Of Craftsman's Spirit Of College Students

Craftsman's spirit is an important treasure of Chinese national spirit.As a positive spiritual quality,its inheritance and cultivation have a wide range of social significance.Standing from its connotation,the positive spiritual qualities such as dedication,innovation,devotion and respect for morality contained in craftsman's spirit are in line with the requirements of the development of the new era.Craftsman's spirit embodies the spiritual outlook and character that college students should have in the new era.College students are the builders and successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,and are the main force in realizing the Chinese dream of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,so they need to learn the spiritual qualities of loving and dedicating to work,excellence,rigorous focus,pioneering and innovating,and standing up for morality.Therefore,we should pay attention to cultivating the craftsman's spirit of college students.This paper studies the cultivation of craftsman's spirit of college students from the following parts.The first part mainly describes the reasons and significance of the topic selection,the research status at home and abroad,the research ideas and methods,and the innovation of the paper,etc.The second part mainly describes the related contents of the study on the cultivation of college students' craftsman's spirit,including the definition of relevant concepts,theoretical basis,and the significance of cultivating college student's craftsman's spirit.The third part analyses the problems existing in the cultivation process,including the lack of awareness of craftsman's spirit cultivation,the lack of rich cultivation contents,the lack of innovative cultivation methods and the unsatisfactory cultivation effect;and from the society,colleges,families and students themselves to analyze the reasons for the existing problems.The fourth part puts forward the countermeasures of cultivating college students' craftsman's spirit from four aspects: social education,college education,family education and self-education,in order to promote the cultivation of their craftsman's spirit.
