Research On The Cultivation Of Craftsman’s Spirit In The Teaching Of Gymnastics General Course

In 2020,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed to vigorously promote the spirit of model workers,the spirit of labor,and the spirit of craftsmanship.It marks that the craftsmanship spirit has been valued by the party and the country and recognized by the society.The general gymnastics course is a basic course for students to become teachers.The cultivation of students’ craftsmanship spirit in the teaching of general gymnastics courses will help students to carry forward the craftsmanship spirit in their study and life,and help realize the task of cultivating morality in college education.This article uses literature and other research methods to sort out and analyze the internal relations between the teaching content,methods,and methods of the general gymnastics course and the five dimensions of craftsmanship cultivation;using expert interviews,discuss the necessity of developing the craftsmanship spirit in the general gymnastics course and craftsmen Questions about the application of the psychometric scale;using the questionnaire survey method to measure the differences in the artisan spirit of the students in the general gymnastics course before and after the course,and use mathematical statistics to analyze them.Finally,the training strategies and methods for the artisan spirit of the students in the general gymnastics course are explained.Research results:(1)There are significant differences in personal growth dimensions,continuously tapping their potential at work,and continuously improving their business expertise at work(p<0.05).There is no significant difference between continuous improvement of my work skills and business expertise at work(p>0.05)(2)The dimension of responsibility,when I regard my work as a kind of responsibility and responsibility,and treat what I am engaged in rigorously There is a significant difference in work(p<0.05).There is no significant difference in my duty to take responsibility for the work I have completed and complete the work with high quality(p>0.05).(3)Keep improving the dimensions,constantly thinking about how to do the work better,and setting a work standard higher than that required by the organization,there is a significant difference(p<0.05).Strive to be perfect in the details of the work and try to avoid the shortcomings in the work.There is no significant difference(p>0.05).(4)The honor dimension is cherished.If my work is not completed well,it will make me feel disgraceful and the quality of the work completed.There is also a significant difference in the performance of character(p<0.05).The quality of the work is related to my personal reputation,and there is no significant difference in letting others know that a certain work is done by me(p>0.05)(5)Determine the dimension of persistence,and I am not eager to see the results of learning in the short term.There is a significant difference in only doing a good job,adhering to the standards that they identify,not being swayed by the outside world,and treating teaching as a career,not just a tool for making money(p<0.05).Research conclusions:(1)The teaching content of the general gymnastics course has a positive influence on the spiritual quality of students’ craftsmanship.(2)Queue formation teaching can promote the personal growth of students,protection and assistance teaching can enhance students’ responsibilities,gymnastic techniques can guide students to strive for excellence,freehand gymnastics can enhance students’ honor,and equipment gymnastics exercises can enhance students’ perseverance.(3)Put forward four cultivation paths in the teaching of general gymnastics courses: "Teaching goal: to promote the core concept of"craftsman spirit",teaching content: the main channel of inheriting the "craftsman spirit",teaching methods: the key to internalizing the "craftsman spirit" Links and teaching evaluation: an important environment for testing the "craftsman spirit".
