A Study On The Cultivation Of Craftsman's Spirit Among College Students Of Science And Technology Under The Vision Of New Engineering

Under the leadership of Xi Jinping's new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics,China is in the critical stage of the big manufacturing country to become a powerful manufacturing country.To accomplish this historical task,not only the upgrading of manufacturing technology,but also the inheritance of manufacturing culture is needed.Since 2016,Premier Li Keqiang mentioned in the government work report four times that cultivated and promoted the spirit of artisans.The cultivation of artisan spirit was raised to the national level,which aroused widespread concern of the public.The following year,the Ministry of Education proposed new engineering construction.In this context,this paper takes the craftsman spirit of science and engineering college students as the research object,and uses literature research method,experience summary method and interview method to analyze and study the cultivation of craftsmanship spirit of university students of science and technology in China.It focuses on the connotation of new engineering construction,artisan and artisan spirit and the connotation of the cultivation of craftsmanship in science and engineering colleges.Based on Marxist theory ofhuman comprehensive development and Marxist youth concept,this paper analyzes the importance of cultivating the craftsmanship for science and engineering college students.Through the study of relevant materials and visits to colleges and universities,summed up the current situation of the cultivation of artisans in science and engineering,and analyzed the causes,and proposed corresponding solutions.This research will help promoting the construction of a strong manufacturing country,promoting the development of higher education,providing intellectual support for China's economic development,and promoting the comprehensive development of university students of science and engineering.This article is mainly divided into five parts:The first part is the introduction,which focuses on the research significance,the research status at home and abroad,the research methods and the innovations of the research on the cultivation of artisans in science and engineering under the new engineering field.The second part explains the connotation of new engineering and the craftsman and the craftsman spirit,the specific content of the cultivation of the craftsman spirit of the science and engineering students and the relevant theoretical basis for the cultivation of the craftsman spirit.The third part discusses the value of the cultivation of craftsmanship in science and engineering from four aspects: the development of China's manufacturing industry,the inheritance and innovation of excellent culture,thereform of higher education and the comprehensive development of college students.The fourth part,through data analysis and interview investigation,deeply analyzes the problems in the process of cultivating the craftsmanship of college students in science and engineering and analyzes the causes.The fifth part,according to the analysis of the reasons,discusses the specific ways to cultivate the craftsmanship spirit of university students of science and engineering from five aspects: the state,school,teachers etc,science and engineering college students,artisan spirit connotation,environment and carrier.
