A Study On Network Psychological Problems And Countermeasures Of College Students

As a specific social group,the psychological development of college students is still in the stage of immaturity,imperfection and instability.The rapid development of the Internet has brought abundant information and knowledge to college students.At the same time,the negative information in the Internet also has a great impact on the value orientation,moral concept and behavior pattern of college students,and even leads to serious psychological problems of college students,affecting their physical and mental health development.Therefore,to understand the network psychological problems of college students and their causes,to solve the network psychological problems of college students,to strengthen the psychological health education of college students,promote the comprehensive development of college students has important significance.This paper adopts the methods of literature research,investigation analysis and interdisciplinary analysis to study the countermeasures to solve the network psychological problems of college students.The first part of this paper is the introduction,which mainly describes the research background and significance of college students’ network psychological problems and countermeasures,research status at home and abroad,research methods and innovation;The second part explains the relevant concepts,the characteristics of college students’ network psychology and the relevant theoretical basis.The third part analyzes the existing network psychological problems of college students through questionnaire survey,namely,curious psychology,lonely psychology,Internet addiction,Internet personality disorder,and analyzes the causes of college students’ network psychological problems.On this basis,the fourth part puts forward four countermeasures to solve the problems of college students’ network psychology,namely,developing college students’ online mental health education,strengthening college students’ ideological and political education,guiding college students to learn self-adjustment,strengthening network standardization and legal construction.In this paper,guided by the Marxist theory,based on the basic theory of ideological and political pedagogy,psychology and other disciplines,combining with the characteristics of physical and mental development of college students,psychological analysis of the basic situation of the investigation on college students’ network,discusses how to in the new era background,solve the problem of college students’ network psychology,aims to cultivate college students’ mental health network,promote the all-round development of college students.
