"The outline of the 2030-year Plan for healthy China" is an action guide to improve the physical quality and health level of our people in an all-round way,emphasizing the important position of people's health in the development of the country.As a key link in the promotion of "healthy China" strategy,physical education in primary schools should play an important basic role in the whole society.But at present,there are still many problems in the teaching mode,teaching method and teaching organization of primary school physical education in our country,such as the low density of physical education teaching and training,the lack of novelty of teaching form,the lack of pertinence of teaching design,and so on.These problems seriously hinder the primary school physical education to play its due role.Therefore,under the appeal of "healthy China",it is necessary to carry out the reform and innovation of physical education in primary schools.By using the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and expert interview,this paper analyzes the present situation of physical education teaching in primary schools in China from the aspects of teaching,teachers,students and sports facilities.This paper summarizes the problems existing in the innovation of physical education classroom in primary schools in China.At the same time,through the study of the guiding documents such as the outline of healthy China 2030 Plan,this paper puts forward the opportunities and challenges existing in the innovation of physical education classroom in primary schools in China under the background of healthy China.Finally,based on the analysis of the present situation,problems,opportunities and challenges,this paper puts forward the innovative strategies of primary school physical education classroom teaching in line with the national conditions and the background of the times.Through the study,the main conclusions are as follows:1.at present,the physical education curriculum of primary schools in Beijing adopts the teaching material of "physical Education and Health",but the teaching material is rarely used in the actual teaching.The content of primary school physical education is still based on running,jumping,rolling and other basic movements,as well as basketball,volleyball basic skills learning.In the exercise motivation of primary school students,in turn are interests and hobbies,improve skills,parents' requirements,strong friends,exercise.The physical education facilities in primary schools in Beijing are relatively perfect,which can meet the basic needs of primary school students in carrying out physical education courses and after-school activities.however,due to the compact urban construction in Beijing,the land use is tight and other factors.There are fewer large facilities such as gymnasiums or swimming pools.2.based on the analysis of the present situation of physical education in primary schools in Beijing,this paper holds that there are some problems in the innovation of physical education classroom teaching in primary schools in China,such as outdated physical education teaching contents,incomplete opening of projects and backward teaching ideas.The teaching mode is solidified,the teachers' rights and interests are lack of protection,the scientific research ability is insufficient,the students' cognition degree needs to be improved,and the evaluation mechanism needs to be perfected.3.under the background of "healthy China",the innovation of physical education classroom teaching in primary schools in China has ushered in unprecedented opportunities.For example,the improvement of teachers' social status and health literacy,the improvement of sports infrastructure,the policy environment to encourage innovation and information,and so on,but also put forward higher requirements for teachers' comprehensive literacy and students' ability.4.this paper puts forward an innovative scheme to expand the teaching content,increase the selectivity of students in sports,and increase the learning of health knowledge,as well as the innovation of creative methods according to different grades.The innovative teaching methods of "entertainment" teaching method for junior students,"success" teaching method for middle grade students and "flipping classroom" teaching method for senior students.
