| Healthy China is a complex project involving many aspects.The planning and construction of "Healthy China" has been mentioned many times in the Party’s twenty major reports.In recent years,the central and local governments at all levels have successively issued relevant policy documents on primary school physical education teachers.With the implementation of the Outline of "Healthy China 2030",the country pays more attention to people’s lifestyle and exercise path.Primary school is an important stage for students to gradually form the awareness of physical education,so the competence of physical education teachers plays a crucial role in this stage.By using the methods of questionnaire survey,literature data,mathematical statistics,case analysis and expert interview,this paper takes the physical education teachers in 16 public primary schools in Binjiang District of Hangzhou as the research object.Through investigation,it finds that the strategies of Qianjiangwan Primary School in the improvement of physical education teachers’ competence have certain reference significance.However,due to the differences in age,educational background and level of physical education teachers in public primary schools in Hangzhou,the following conclusions are drawn:1.Currently,the competency level of physical education teachers is constantly improving,but the theoretical knowledge of psychology related majors of most primary school physical education teachers still needs to be improved.It is found in the survey that the theoretical knowledge of psychology related majors is a common shortcoming of physical education teachers.Therefore,to improve the professional theoretical knowledge of psychology is an important factor affecting the competency level of PE teachers.2.Physical education teachers lack of learning awareness.Through the interview with experts,it is found that the current physical education teachers have simple learning methods,mainly rely on the relevant training organized by the school for learning,and the awareness of lifelong learning is weak,leading to the advanced teaching concepts can not be well applied to the daily teaching process.The most prominent is the low level of professional knowledge of PE teachers in public primary schools.Since most PE teachers are mainly educated at undergraduate level,they have certain deviation in understanding of educational concepts,which hinders the improvement of the competency level of PE teachers in public primary schools in Binjiang District of Hangzhou.3.Primary school physical education teachers’ ability to organize students’ daily teaching activities is relatively low.In daily activities,physical education teachers’ ability to organize professional courses needs to be improved.4.The ability to prevent sports injuries is weak,and sports injuries of students mainly occur in the teaching of physical education,which is especially influenced by external factors.Therefore,the ability of physical education teachers to prevent sports injuries is an important link to ensure the safety of students,as well as one of the important factors to implement the Outline of "Healthy China 2030".Based on this,this paper studies and analyzes the above problems from the perspectives of practitioners themselves,work units,social environment,government and other aspects,and summarizes the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions:(1)At the government level,it is necessary to increase the funding input for the professional security of physical education teachers in public primary schools according to the actual situation,so as to ensure the sustainable development of the professional development of physical education teachers in public primary schools;(2)At the social level,advocate that the whole society should fully respect and understand the profession of physical education teachers,and keep the profession consistent with the social status of teachers of other disciplines;(3)At the school level,public primary schools should rationalize the physical education teachers in the school,improve the teaching and research ability of physical education teachers,teaching ability should match the teaching objectives and teaching tasks in the school;(4)At the level of teachers themselves,physical education teachers should strengthen the study of professional knowledge,establish the consciousness of lifelong learning,enhance the sense of professional identity,and establish a noble and good professional concept. |
