Strengthening health education is not only the internal requirement of "healthy China" strategy,but also the guiding content of "healthy China" construction.Teenagers are the future of our country,and their health education should be paid enough attention.The core content of strengthening the health education of teenagers is to strengthen the learning of the course of healthy physical education of teenagers,so the health physical education of teenagers is very important.At the same time,due to the development of social economy and the increasing gap between urban and rural areas,the importance of rural primary and secondary school groups has become increasingly prominent,and the health physical education of rural teenagers is often ignored,which makes it more urgent to pay attention to the health physical education of rural teenagers.And because of the complicated factors affecting the rural primary school physical education classroom,it is a very meaningful research to investigate the current situation of rural primary school physical education classroom under the background of "healthy China" strategy.This paper focuses on the current situation of rural primary school physical education classroom in Chenzhou City,Hunan Province,and links with the strategic background of "healthy China".Firstly,it conducts research on the literature of rural primary school physical education construction in recent years,and finds the theoretical basis and topic basis to support this paper.After that,we have carried out a survey on the national,provincial and municipal policies since the implementation of the healthy China strategy to deeply understand the requirements and guiding ideology of relevant policies.On this basis,through the design of three kinds of questionnaires including school leaders,physical education teachers and primary school students,this paper investigates the importance of the school,the professional quality of physical education teachers and the status quo of physical education classroom implementation,the status quo of primary school extracurricular sports activities and the status quo of primary school students’ treatment of physical education classroom and sports.And understand and study the "healthy China" strategy since the implementation of the great changes in rural physical education.Through the analysis of the survey data,this paper draws the following conclusions: after the implementation of the "healthy China" strategy,the rural physical education in Chenzhou City of Hunan Province has been improved in many aspects,including the improvement of some sports facilities,the increase of extracurricular physical exercise and the richness of the form,but there are still problems of multi-level school attention and material level sports construction The problems of poor quality input and poor quality of physical education classroom lead to students’ interest in physical exercise need to be further improved.Based on this,this paper puts forward some measures and suggestions,such as improving the operation mechanism and changing the concept of education,strengthening the construction of rural primary school physical education teachers,improving the physical education teaching content,improving school physical education material conditions and strengthening school physical education safety education.This paper hopes to contribute to the improvement of the quality of physical education in rural primary schools in Chenzhou.
