"Without national health,there will be no comprehensive well-off." Achieving national health is an important sign of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the prosperity of the country.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has proposed the goal of building a healthy China.Under this goal,how to implement the concept of "Healthy China" and scientifically and effectively improve students' physical fitness and health is an important issue facing schools at all levels.This article uses the methods of literature data,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,field investigation,logical analysis,factor analysis and other methods to analyze the physical health status of primary school students in Qinyang City,as well as the teaching goals and content of physical education and health teaching,Teaching methods,teaching evaluation,and factors that affect the development of teachers,sports facilities resources,extracurricular sports activities,teacher training and other factors to investigate and provide reliable data support for the future reform of primary school physical education and health education in Qinyang City.The survey results show that the following problems still exist in the teaching of physical education and health classes in Qinyang City Elementary School: students have excessive nutrient intake and their physical quality is in a declining trend;the phenomenon of "light weight" in schools is serious,and the time and number of extracurricular activities are less;The arrangement of goals and content is unreasonable,the teaching and evaluation methods are relatively simple and not novel;the shortage of sports resources and insufficient teacher training;the main factors that affect the physical education in Qinyang Primary School are nine factors,and the important factor is the characteristics of the curriculum.Through research and analysis,the following suggestions are put forward:implement the concept of "Healthy China" and establish the guiding ideology of health first;change the concept of "light body" and strengthen the emphasis on physical education and health classes;create new teaching and evaluation methods to promote health education goals Implementation and development of content;strengthen thetraining of primary school teachers and actively promote the implementation and development of primary school sports resources;implement the concept of "healthy China" and combine influencing factors to make teaching choices. |
