Currently,as the rapid development of modern economy,more and more women are becoming professionally independent.However,it is conflict with the culture of male-dominated society emphasizing the roles of women in housework and children care.The fast life pace and the intensive works trouble women in the workplace with home affairs.Especially,with the implementation of the two-child policy,the issue of children care in China has entered into a new era.Therefore,the conflicts between professional career development and family for women in this context need to be addressed urgently.The beginning part of this paper is a review about the domestic and foreign studies on the pressure of children care for women.Based on the current situation,causes and negative influence of the issue as mentioned,we comprehensively investigated the manifestations of children care pressure for the female staff in banks through on-the-spot interviews,observation and other methods.According to the investigation,due to the rapid growth of the financial industry,trade confrontation between China and US and rigorous surveillance from government,the banking industry now is confronting intensive competition and challenges,especially for the local banks that take retailing as their main business in meddle-sized and mall cities.Meanwhile,the turnover rate of Bank X has been high in recent years.The workload of female staff has also increased because of the lack of suitable replacement personnel,making the issue of preschool children care for women even more prominent.In order to effectively relieve preschool children's care stress of female bank staff,this paper adopts the methods of interview,participatory observation and group research,this paper makes an analysis and research on the current situation and social policies of female employees in Bank X,and puts forward some solutions according to the current difficulties they are facing.At the same time,through the group activities,we can find common problems among female employees,establish an effective “ pressure-decompression-compression ” ecologicalsupport system for Bank X within the allowable scope in order to alleviate preschool children's care stress.Finally,in order to improve work efficiency,enhance the self-identity and job well-being of female bank employees,and fully realize their self-worth.This paper attempts to discuss the feasibility of social work intervention,suggestions on alleviating preschool children's care stress of female bank staff,The aim is to proceed from the perspective of professional social work,explore that under the intervention of social work,the preschool children care stress of female bank staff can be effectively alleviated.And pass the system first,to alleviate the stress of child care in the environment by putting forward effective policies and measures,In order to provide reference measures and experience for follow-up similar child care issues.
