Listening and evaluation is deeply involved in the daily teaching activities of primary schools in China,which plays an important role in the management,evaluation and training of primary school teachers.Different to the value orientation of evaluation activities influence on the development of the school and the teacher is different,the value orientation of teacher professional development evaluation activities,often can promote effective development of evaluation activities,realize the equal dialogue and exchange of experience,to promote the growth of teacher's professional ability and professional quality of ascension,and listen to the evaluation of value orientation of examination and evaluation activities,teachers are likely to cause panic,nervous,to cope with negative effect,etc.Through literature and field survey found that the reality of elementary school evaluation activities,to listen to some school evaluation activities carried out is not ideal,but a lot of listening to evaluation activities of problem oriented,literature research are usually of relevant factors can't be hold in general: The solution to the problem has solved the old problem,and new problems have appeared.Therefore,it is necessary to go deep into the primary school to evaluation activities in the specific practice,comprehensive analysis of all the factors that affect listening evaluation activities,and on the basis of the analysis of the relationship between the factors and puts forward some strategies to help primary school listen to evaluation activities and advice,help primary effective listening evaluation activities,to promote teachers' professional growth.This paper uses the research method of grounded theory related to evaluation activities are summarized literature research,induction and analysis,and then on to understand somewhat,on the basis of existing research results through field investigation and interviews,and other forms to collect relevant primary evaluation activities of the original data,and in the process of collecting data,coding integration,category and the analysis of the concept of induction,and according to the need to supplement new research data in a timely manner.After summarizing,analyzing,summarizing and summarizing the original data through open coding,spindle coding and selective coding,the core factors affecting the listening and evaluation activities,namely school factors,leadership factors,organizational factors and teacher factors,are finally concluded.Through the analysis of these elements,this paper puts forward some Suggestions for improving the implementation of listening and evaluation activities in primary schools,namely: strengthening school construction and supporting the development of listening and evaluation activities;Leaders should face up to the activities of listening and evaluation to improve the leadership and management level;Strengthen the organization construction,pay attention to the activity of listening and judging;Respect teachers' subject status and respond to teachers' development needs.
