Teachers play an important role in the reform of basic education and the path of students' growth.The excellent characteristics of teachers are the important basis for students' growth,the highest realm of self-development and perfection,and also the value measure of educational progress.Trait is the individual has the unique quality and the peculiar behavior tendency,is subject to the physiological heredity,the cultural environment and so on many factors comprehensive influence.Famous teachers are outstanding representatives of excellent teachers,excellent practitioners of basic education and leading exemplars of teachers' professional development.They are gradually formed in the interaction between the internal and external environment of individuals,and can in turn affect their life and work styles.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the characteristics of high school teachers in order to improve the overall quality of teachers and the quality of basic education.Taking 5 famous middle school physics teachers in Xi 'an as the research objects,this paper conducted in-depth interviews with them through open questions,and collected relevant contents such as classroom records,published articles,teaching logs,work reflections and so on as comprehensively as possible with the help of the Internet,and transcribed and combed the texts.Using qualitative research method,combining with pedagogy and psychology theory,this paper deeply excavates materials and explores the growth process of famous teachers.NVivo 11 chosen as the tool software,by using the method of grounded theory three-level coding will be collected by the hundreds of thousands of words to encode text processing,analyzes the characteristics of the five masters,refining and generalization,and through the triangle certificate and members of the inspection accuracy of inspection,will eventually teacher characteristics summarized into 5 dimensions,12 indicators.The research found that different famous teachers have their unique characteristics in the starting point,growth process,feedback behavior and other aspects,but they all have the common characteristics of fervour,study,innovation,mutual assistance,which are embodied as follows:First,famous teachers have good character and quality.They can be optimistic and positive towards work,and have a stable and lasting development drive.Second,it has advanced educational concepts.Take students as the foundation,start from the subject essence,train students' comprehensive quality and ability.Third,have excellent professional quality.He can make use of his spiritual knowledge reserve and superb professional ability to carry out teaching activities flexibly.Fourth,be good at teaching reflection and innovative development.I have the keen ability to find and solve problems in teaching,and the consciousness to turn the results of reflection and teaching problems into my own research projects.I am good at self-improvement through educational scientific research.Fifth,famous teachers have the concept of development of cooperation and mutual assistance.They are good at cooperation and willing to share.They help the growth of young teachers selflessly,build a positive energy field in the working environment,and contribute themselves to the development of district education and teachers.Based on the results of the study,four enlightenment are put forward for the development of middle school teachers:strengthening the subject consciousness,establishing the concept of lifelong learning,improving the ability of innovation,and building a development community.
