With the progress of social development, higher school education reform is being pushed forward. As cultivate builders for the Tibet society,Tibet colleges and universities undertake the task is becoming more and more difficult. While the student management work as an important part of college education management work, it plays more and more important role.In the objective environment of university enrollment expansion, the rapid development of economic society, the existing management mode of student work has been unable to satisfy the demand of college students,must be combined with the characteristics, explore suitable for Tibet college student work management mode.In this paper, several core concepts involved in the student management and project management was defined, comparison and analysis between them, find the commonality between them, from the theory of public management as a field of project management disciplines use to student management conducted a feasibility. This paper selects the student activity module can best embody the sense of the times as the main content of the research, the other aspects in the process of participation in the management of the students. In detail elaborated the traditional student activities management problems, following the principle of College Students’ activities of project management principles, the use of project management knowledge system and the corresponding theory of commonly used methods and tools, scientific and standardized operation activities of the project of the entire process, effectively improve the high school student activities management level, better play college student activity education role.
