Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of College Student Management Under The Network Environment

In the 21st century, human society has entered a new era of information network. IT has permeated into all areas of society, it has had a fully impact and influence on education especially. Information technology, digital and networked has become the themes of life and learning. They changed the traditional school conception, talent views and course views. The traditional management system and management methods of school have also been changed, and the students and student roles and status have been altered. Education Management also turned to information management from the traditional model of the past under the network environment.Currently, colleges and universities have established information management and service platform based on the network of computer. The introduction of information technology in the management of college students in order to reduce the workload and improve the work efficiency is the megatrends of college student management. The network that just likes a "double-edged sword" has positive impacts on the management of college students in the increasingly complex network environment, and negative impacts caused by the excessive open networks and freedom. It is an important and urgent issue in the work of college students that how to do a good job of college students’education and management, and guide them to make good use of network healthily and civilizedly.This paper put a combination of theory and practice, and the methods of literature research. Comprehensive analysis and induction are used in this paper. The problem existed in the work of college student education management are studied in-depth and the effective education management strategics arc proposed from the angle of a college school counselor to promote college education to better adapt to the new environment and the new situation.The student management work status of Nanjing Xiaozhuang University in the network environment was investigated in three dimensions of administrators, students and management platform of work by combining practical work of the author. The status of management model, management team and students, management content, the development and use of management platform are analyzed selectively. Based on the literature research, the problems existed in the college students management under the network environment were proposed such as insufficient attention to the reform of college students management, weak network management team, low use of management platform, occurring students network moral issues frequently, narrow coverage of network management, oversight of network security, etc. The existed problems were summarized and analyzed detailedly from the angles of management philosophy, management style, the overall quality of managers and students, and requirements of software, hardware and resource configuration of management platform. On the above basis, the suggestions and strategies of college students’ education management were proposed from the five levels of work ethic, team building, management of content, management platform and operating system to promote the build of college network management system and create a positive, harmonious and efficient network education environment.
