In the report of the 19th Party Congress held in October 2017,it was proposed to "improve the vocational education and training system,deepen the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation.The national education conference held in September 2018 proposed " vigorously promote the integration of industry and education,perfect the education mechanism of combining morality with technology and combining work with study,and continuously train hundreds of millions of high-quality industrial fresh troops for all walks of life.We should introduce flexible and effective preferential policies to promote vocational colleges and industrial enterprises to form a community of destinies."Vocational education has ushered in a spring full of expectations.Secondary vocational education has also entered the fast track of development in the east wind.The core task of secondary vocational education is to train high-quality skilled talents.It is not enough to train talents only in the classroom.As the main carrier of campus culture,student associations are also an important training platform.Student associations are not only mass organizations voluntarily formed by secondary vocational students based on their common interests,but also an important complement to classroom teaching in secondary vocational schools and an important platform for training students' comprehensive vocational ability.First of all,this paper collects and sorts out domestic and foreign literature on the current situation of secondary vocational students' associations,the construction of secondary vocational students' associations and the cultivation of secondary vocational students' ability through literature research,and sorts out and refines the views among them.Through literature research,this paper has a clearer understanding of the current situation of secondary vocational students' associations so as to better grasp the research direction.Then,350 questionnaires were distributed to students' association members,non-student association members and association tutors in secondary vocational schools such as Qingyuan Vocational and Technical School,Qingyuan Industrial and Trade Vocational and Technical School,Guangzhou A Vocational and Technical School,etc.The contents of the questionnaires included the activities of the association,the training of students' abilities by the association,and the internal management of the association,and face-to-face interviews were conducted with some school administrators,students' association members and association tutors.Through the investigation,we found the problems existing in today's secondaryvocational school student associations: First,the development of the associations is not balanced,resulting in uneven training effects for different associations;The second is the unequal distribution of opportunities for internal ability training.Third,the absence of community guidance teachers;Fourth,the low level of community activities affects the effect of ability training.Through the questionnaire survey,we can have a clearer and more accurate grasp of the current situation of the secondary vocational students' associations,the status of the training of the secondary vocational students' associations and the existing problems.Thirdly,select student associations with outstanding ability training results as typical cases to conduct in-depth research and analysis and summarize their measures and practices in ability training,community activities and internal management,so as to provide a model for the construction of student associations in secondary vocational schools and a basis for further proposing ideas for community construction.Finally,combined with relevant theories and aiming at comprehensive vocational ability training,aiming at the main problems existing in secondary vocational school student associations at this stage,this paper finds out the ideas and ways to construct secondary vocational school student associations from the aspects of the organization of associations,the development of community activities,the internal construction of associations and the external environment of associations.Through investigation,analysis and research,we have a fuller understanding of the positioning and functions of the secondary vocational school student associations,and have further thought about the problems existing in the secondary vocational school student associations at this stage.Through this study,it can provide practical practices with reference value for the development of student associations in secondary vocational schools and research ideas with academic value for the study of student associations in secondary vocational schools.
