In the context of the era of big data,there is tremendous commercial value behind the “last mile” of logistics end distribution.Since the direct source of data for end-delivery is a customer,these data can help companies segment consumer groups,products and channels.Market forecasting and improving customer satisfaction are an important indicator.With the rapid development of the e-commerce industry,the express delivery business has also grown rapidly.As a shared economic model,the intelligent self-reporting cabinet is one of the effective ways to solve the terminal distribution problem,which can greatly improve the delivery efficiency of the “last mile” of express delivery.Make logistics services more thoughtful and publicly recognized.Although the promotion time is not long,it has already attracted tens of billions of funds.Intelligent self-reporting brands such as China Post Express,Fengchao and No.1 cabinet have also appeared one after another.Since 2013,the State Council,the National Development and Reform Commission and the State Post Bureau have provided clear political guidance on the development of intelligent self-reporting cabinets,and successively implemented the “Guiding Opinions on Improving the Delivery Service Level of Express Delivery Terminals”,“Intelligent Express Box Standards” and “Smart Express”.A series of documents,such as the Regulations on the Management of Box Delivery Services,to promote the development of smart self-receiving cabinets.In recent years,the field of intelligent self-reporting cabinets has also become the focus of attention of enterprises in the industry,and it is also a hot spot of academic research.In this paper,after combing the literature of intelligent self-reporting cabinets,it is found that in the research of intelligent self-reporting cabinets,most scholars have studied from the macro level to the intelligent self-reporting cabinets,while the research on the adoption behavior of intelligent self-receiving cabinets is relatively rare.From the perspective of the dispatcher,there is almost no research on the intelligent self-reporting cabinet.Therefore,in this context,this paper studies the influencing factors of the dispatcher's adoption of the intelligent self-reporting behavior.From the perspective of the dispatcher,this paper uses the method of empirical analysis,based on the technology acceptance model(TAM),adds the work pressure as the external variable,and the service orientation as the adjustment variable modifies the original model to construct the dispatcher to adopt the intelligent self-lifting The influencing factor model of cabinet behavior.Firstly,based on the previous research,the corresponding research hypothesis is proposed based on the perspective of the dispatcher.Then,according to the mature scale,the questionnaire is designed,and the dispatchers of different express companies in Anqing area are sent to the survey respondents to collect the questionnaires.234 valid questionnaires;then,using SPSS23.0 software to empirically analyze the collected sample data,using descriptive statistics,reliability and validity analysis,factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis to verify the proposed The hypothesis is based on the mechanism by which various factors influence the attitude of the intelligent self-receiving cabinet.The results of the study show that work stress and perceived usefulness have a significant positive impact on adoption attitudes;service orientation negatively regulates the relationship between work stress and adoption attitude,work stress and perceived usefulness;perceived usefulness between work stress and adoption attitude Has an intermediary role.Finally,according to the empirical research,this paper separately proposes a variety of distribution strategies for couriers,and puts attention to the work pressure of front-line employees for self-reporting operators,and proposes to speed up the research and development of intelligent self-reporting cabinets to reduce manufacturing costs.The relevant government departments have proposed to issue corresponding laws and regulations as soon as possible,and pointed out the shortcomings of this paper and the prospects for future research.
