A Study On The Influencing Factors Of The Second Child Fertility Intebtions Of Urban Professional Women

Last century,our country's family planning policy has made remarkable achievements,in just 30 years in our country is complete hundreds of years to complete the west needs to population reproduction types,fertility rate fell below the replacement level,means that a family willing to realize children quality for quantity replacement,it is not only conducive to improving the overall national quality,but also alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand in China,promoted the rapid development of economy in China.China's fertility rate has been falling for nearly 30 years.According to China's fifth census in 2000,the total fertility rate of Chinese women has dropped to 1.46,below the replacement level of 2.1.A long period of low fertility will not only lead to the loss of the demographic dividend,resulting in serious structural imbalance in the population,but also lead to the lack of family development ability.In order to solve these problems,China has implemented the universal two-child policy to encourage birth.In order to further understand the underlying reasons,this paper,from the perspective of family sociology,explores the impact of individual and family support on urban professional women's willingness to have a second child,so as to bring new ideas.In this paper,Coleman's rational choice theory and family ecosystem theory as the theoretical basis,the selected samples of the land is in Zhengzhou,Henan province and to explore the influence factors of urban professional women child fertility intentions for research purposes,through the questionnaire survey to Henan province Zhengzhou city professional women's fertility and work status,and facilitate the SPSS analysis software analyzes the Zhengzhou city from the perspective of individual and family influence factors of career women two child fertility intentions.According to the analysis results,it is concluded that the physical condition and career development of professional women have a significant impact on the willingness to have a second child.Family financial support,family life support and family fertility intention consistency have significant influence on the second child fertility intention of professional women.Family emotional factors and members' physical conditions have no correlation with the second child fertility intention of professional women.Then it discusses the phenomenon that the fertility intention of urban professional women is generally low,and finally puts forward the relevant countermeasures that are beneficial to improve the fertility intention of professional women and promote the implementation of the two-child policy.
