The Impact Of Role Conflict On Private Enterprise Women’s Second Child Fertility Desire

The policy of family planning is a fundamental state policy of our country,which affects the life of the people in our country in politics,economy and culture.The official implementation of all-round two-child policy on January 1st,2016 in the nationwide stands for the end of one-child policy which has been implemented more than 30 years on the Chinese mainland.This policy truly broaden the national reproductive choice,but there are most of the studies show that people’s second child fertility intentions are not very strong.Under the premise of carding predecessors’ research,this paper adopt the method of qualitative research,take the private enterprise working women who have had a child of as the research object,interview 30 interviewees to obtain the original data.First of all,on the basis of social role theory this paper divide the conflict of family members’fertility desire of second child into two kinds——one is intrarole conflict of private enterprise women,the other is interrole conflict.Then,through the surface,this article analyze its causes from three aspects,the economic,social gender and public domain matching policy.Finally,puts forward relevant suggestions to alleviate the role conflict of women in private enterprises and improve the second child fertility desire of them.
