The improvement of subject immediacy of ideological and political education in colleges is not only an important part of improving immediacy of ideological and political education in colleges,but also the premise and foundation of improving the effectiveness of ideological and political education in colleges.To enhance the immediacy of ideological and political education in colleges mainly requires educators to strengthen the communication and to shorten the distance with students through enriching their knowledge and moral character,displaying their personality charm and immediacy image under the guidance of scientific education theory.At the same time,according to the theory of inter-subjectivity,the educatees are the main subject of learning.They should also make full use of the subjective initiative,show their own immediacy,respond to the immediacy of the educators in time,play a good synergistic role,form a two-way sense of approaching between the ideological and political educators and the educatees,so as to build a harmonious teacher-student relationship.Then it can build a harmonious relationship between teachers and students,and provide conditions for the cultivation of new people in the era of all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical fitness,beauty and labor.For specific research,this paper mainly from the following aspects.The first part is the introduction.This part mainly introduces the background,current situation,significance and research methods of this paper.Specifically,this paragraph expounds the era background of the research on enhancing the immediacy of the subject of ideological and political education in colleges,analyses the domestic and abroad existing research results and shortcomings,then expounds the theoretical and practical significance of this study,and finally summarizes the specific research methods of this study and puts forward the innovations.The second part makes a detailed analysis of the related concepts of the subject immediacy of ideological and political education in colleges.Starting from immediacy,immediacy of ideological and political education and the subject of ideological and political education in colleges,then gradually summarizes the concept of the subject immediacy of ideological and political education in colleges.The third part discusses the principles and theoretical basis of enhancing the subject immediacy of ideological and political education in colleges.The principles include people-oriented principle,subjective initiative principle and scientific principle.The theoretical basis mainly include Chinese Confucian educational thought,Marxist theory of human studies,Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and Xi Jinping's thought of establishing virtue and treasuring man.As the theoretical support of this study,the realization of this study is reasonable and can be followed.The fourth part elaborates on the good situation and problems in the promotion of subject immediacy of ideological and political in colleges by means of empirical investigation to grasp the real first-hand information.Based on the survey data,this paper makes a detailed analysis from four aspects:the students' learning attitude,the status of communication between teachers and students,the immediacy degree of educators,and the subject consciousness of educatees.It draws a conclusion that this research topic has good situation in the current universities and the places worthy of further strengthening and improvement,so as to provide the direction of future research on the promotion path.The fifth part elaborates the ways to enhance the subject immediacy of the ideological and political education in colleges.This paper mainly discusses how to enhance the subject immediacy of the ideological and political education in colleges from three aspects:school,ideological and political educators and educatees.This paper holds that universities provide conditions and guarantees,educators play a fundamental role and educatees play a basic role.The purpose of enhancing the three aspects is through the joint efforts of the three parties to improve the subject immediacy of ideological and political education in colleges.
