At present,China's industrialization,informatization and internationalization are accelerating,population,resources and environment bring new challenges.Continuously optimizing the economic structure and catering to the new situation of international relations is imminent.China's social and economic development depends on the advancement of science and technology and the improvement of human resources quality.Pulling,vocational education is related to the national economy and people's livelihood,and is related to the development of economic society.Vocational education plays an important role in optimizing economic structure upgrading and improving economic efficiency.The goal of talent training in higher vocational colleges is to train a large number of high-quality talents that adapt to the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure and serve economic and social development.The school-enterprise cooperation mode of higher vocational colleges,as an important way to train high-skilled talents,is essentially oriented to market demand,through the sharing of resources between higher vocational colleges and enterprises,and targeted development of the professional needs of the society.Talent.This model of joint training of talents in school enterprises has been widely used in the process of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.The author has compiled the types of foreign and domestic vocational education talent training models,under the guidance of the three-element theory of vocational education theory and organization of public administration.Taking Zhengzhou Railway Vocational and Technical College as an example,the two most characteristic talents training in the school.The model,in-depth exploration,and excavate the advantages brought by the school-enterprise cooperation personnel training,The first is to establish a long-term mechanism for school-enterprise participation;the second is to innovate the school-running system for school-enterprise cooperation;the third is to emphasize the training of “double-skilled” teachers;and the fourth is to promote the rapid development of local industries.In the process of research,there are four problems in the school-enterprise cooperation personnel training model.First,the incomplete policy laws lead to the in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises.Second,the lack of motivation for university development,the lack of participation of enterprises and the lack of communication between schools and enterprises;The teacher's teaching effect is not good;the fourth is the serious misplacement of talent supply and market demand.Based on the problem,the reasons are analyzed.There are four main aspects.First,the top-level design of the school-enterprise joint education is not perfect.Second,the development focus and appeal of the school and enterprise are inconsistent.Third,the teacher management system is not perfect.Fourth,talent training and market demand.According to the analysis of the reasons for the serious misplacement,the corresponding solutions are proposed.One is to improve the government guarantee mechanism for school-enterprise cooperation;the second is to enhance the enthusiasm and communication mechanism of school-enterprise cooperation;the third is to improve the faculty strength and practical skills;Evaluation system for enterprise cooperation talent training.It is hoped that through the research in this paper,it will bring feasible guidance and opinions to the school-enterprise cooperation personnel training mode of higher vocational schools,assist the school to integrate resources of all parties and enhance the education level.Promote the smooth development of domestic vocational education.
