Research On The Model And Problems Of School Enterprise Cooperation In Higher Vocational Colleges

With the development of society,the demand for professional and technical personnel is constantly expanding,and the country pays more and more attention to vocational education,and the vocational education in our country has made great progress.Now,higher vocational colleges,in addition to their own development,pay more attention to cooperation with enterprises,through the school enterprise cooperation,to better cultivate qualified professional and technical personnel.This paper mainly studies the problems and solutions of college enterprise cooperation in Higher Vocational colleges.This paper mainly adopts literature research method,case study method and investigation method.Through the questionnaire survey and visit of W Career Academy,we can understand the current situation of school enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges.The main problems of school enterprise cooperation are found in higher vocational colleges,including the irrational setting of professional institutions and the lack of enthusiasm for cooperation in enterprises.There are many reasons for these problems.The main reasons are that vocational colleges and enterprises have different understanding of school enterprise cooperation,imperfect organization and management of school enterprise cooperation,and lack of long-term cooperation mechanism between school and enterprise cooperation.In order to solve these problems,this paper focuses on the analysis of the German cooperation of colleges and enterprises in the "dual system" mode of education,and the school enterprise cooperation in Higher Vocational Colleges by the "cooperative education" and "Community College",from two countries successful experience,combined with the situation of our country,put forward to perfect our school enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges the strategy,including both sides to strengthen communication and jointly improve the professional design and curriculum design;establish the mechanism of school enterprise cooperation organization,to promote the integration of classroom and factory;school enterprise cooperation to ensure that the expert teachers in school with the interests of enterprises;establishing new operation mechanism of school enterprise cooperation in vocational colleges;= the government legislation and policies to protect the interests of both sides cooperation.
