Research On Financial Talent Cultivation Of Higher Vocational Colleges Under The Background Of University-enterprise Cooperation

With the rapid development of financial market,financial enterprises tend to have skilled financial talents with skilled operation skills.However,at present,the skilled financial talents trained in higher vocational colleges still can not meet the requirements of financial enterprises.Higher vocational colleges adopt the form of cooperation between school and enterprise to train financial talents,which can effectively enhance the operational ability of students majoring in finance and cultivate skilled financial talents suitable for the requirements of financial enterprises.Therefore,it is urgent to study the training of financial talents in higher vocational colleges under the background of cooperation between schools and enterprises in order to improve the training quality of financial talents.This paper first defines the related concepts of school-enterprise cooperation and training of financial talents in higher vocational colleges,guided by the theory of combining Marxist education with production and labor,the theory of competency-based education and the theory of pragmatism education.It is pointed out that the curriculum system,practical training base,teachers'team and evaluation system have important influence on the training of financial talents in higher vocational colleges under the background of cooperation between school and enterprise.Secondly,through the case study of the financial management major in PY College,we find that it has achieved remarkable results in the design of curriculum system and the construction of practical training base,but there are still insufficient double-diathesis teachers and imperfect evaluation mechainism.And government policies and regulations are not perfect and other issues.Thirdly,through the analysis of the successful experience of the developed countries in the process of training financial talents in the cooperation of universities and enterprises,this paper points out its enlightenment to the training of financial talents in higher vocational colleges in China.Finally,in view of the existing problems,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions from three aspects:strengthening the construction of teachers,perfecting the evaluation mechanism of enterprises and perfecting the policies and regulations,in order to improve the training quality of skilled financial talents in higher vocational colleges.
